Great communication throughout. Well organised. Phong, our guide, handled everything really well. Same for driver, Nam. Really lovely crew on the boat.

The entire trip was a blast. I was anxious joining a group but was able to meet nice people and Tom was very accommodating and organized from pick up, during the tours until drop off. Overall 5 stars and will recommend.

They pickup from the hotel in a bus at old quarter. Take you on to all crazy itineraries in the cruise. Kayaking was a relaxing activity. Lunch was great with vegan options. Our guide Tom must be appreciated for his pro active personality.

We travelled with an infant and a young child and it was fun and liked it. Enjoyed all the three places we went. It was safe for kids as well. Our guide Tom suggested which places are safe and ensured we got a good boat as well

I really enjoyed the trip to Halong bay. Tuan was my tour guide. He is a very nice, friendly, helpful, and funny guy. I would highly recommend this tour and would love to do it again.

We had a great day with Tuan. He was very helpful and accommodated to my vegetarian diet. The tour brings you to all the mice views in the Halong Bay while giving you time to explore some spots on your own for a bit.

This is a great tour if you want to see many of the islands in Halong Bay. The tour includes 3 stops at 3 different islands and the views are breathtaking. Activities include exploring some magnificent caves, kayaking through a passageway under one of the islands, and climbing steps to the highest peak of one of the islands. AND, the tour started out with a really nice Vietnamese meal aboard the ship. The climb to the peak is quite a trek and can be difficult if you’re out of shape or have health issues. There are several places to buy refreshments and souvenirs along the way. Our tour guide, Dylan, was amazing! Very informative, helpful, and friendly!

We had a very knowledgeable and really friendly tour guide, Long. This tour is definitely recommended if you don't have enough time touring Hanoi. The only thing is, there are just too many tourists in each stop which is unavoidable since there are just too many cruise boats doing the same thing.

Our guide was amazing. Phong was funny, informative, caring and made the trip for us, the driver drove so safely which was appreciated. Whilst a long day, it was action packed and well organised. All 5 stars. The food was ok but I guess as good as expected. Ha Long bay is busy but still beautiful.

This 1 day tour of Halong Bay was really good. It gives a large introduction to this Unesco site, which beauty can't be explained. Mister Phong was nice and the driver too. Thank you. If you don't have several days for Halong, do not hesitate!

A fantastic experience in this spectacular place. A long day but packed so much into it. Everything was well organised, the activities were terrific and varied, food and the boat trip was really nice but our enthusiastic, entertaining and informative tour guide Long, was what made this trip a very special event.

This tour was incredible! It was one amazing sight after another. Sunny our tour guide did an exceptional job of showing us the sights and teaching us the history behind them as well as adding some humor. The islands were so beautiful and being able to see them from both the top of Ti Top island as well as from the water by kayak was awesome. Definitely a trip I won't forget!
