It was a very nice & informativ presentation done about the place, history, process and... The only drawback I can think of was the time, first tasting was after ~30min with the glases standing in front of you waiting instead of mix talking and tasting. Highly recommend for both wine connoisseurs and those completely new to Sardinian varieties. The vineyard is lovely to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the introductions to all the wines we tried; our wine guide was truly passionate about the produce and the history of the vineyard; was well-informed, very friendly and welcoming. You’ll learn what makes Sardinian wines unique. Olive oil was to die for. Would definitely visit again, given the chance.

Wine and olive oil tasting experience. Good presentation of wine and explanation of their taste and origin, as well as the wine industry in Sardinia. Wines all tasted great, we came away with some reds and some of the olive oil. We enjoyed the local cheese accompaniments as well. We thought the single grape variety reds, made with local grape found only in Sardina, were best.

We had done another wine tasting already on our trip to Alghero, that was to a large wine making business which was amazing but I always like to experience the other end of the scale. In the very small, family run vinery and resort of Ledà d’Ittiri we experienced one of the most passionate and dedicated family of wine producers I’ve ever come across. Our host Valentina loves what she does for a living and you could tell that from the way she talked about the family’s vineyard and olive plantation, about the geography of the area she lives and about the weather that effects how their wine tastes. The resort itself looks an incredible getaway, if one is looking for piece of mind and to be at one with nature I would recommend to stay here. We just came for the wine tasting unfortunately but next time! The wines themselves were all of the highest quality and all very unique thanks to the elements of the land and climate around them. We loved the way Valentina explained each one and had a pairing of a pecorino or cured sausage to go with each of the 5 wines. The setting in the grand room with its high ceiling and widen thrusts was picture perfect as was the views from the surrounding, impeccably kept landscape and gardens. The tour ended with a tasting of their own hand made olive oil and we have had some of the most incredible olive oils on this holiday but this ranks number one. The flavour depth and profile was mind blowing! If you’re after a unique, artisanal and passionate wine tasting experience this is a must!

Valarie was great at explaining the history of the vineyard. We tried 5 out of the 7 wines produced on the property and they were all great. 20 mins from Alghero, wish we knew about this property sooner they even have 9 rooms available to stay in. We will be back

A wonderful and intimate experience to learn about and taste the wonderful wines of Sardegna and especially the Alghero region. I learned so much in our flight of wine tasting and a wonderful finish of cold pressed olive oil. I purchased wine and olive oil to enjoy for the rest of my trip to the island.

Everything in the tasting was delicious! The guide, Valeria, was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the wines, cheeses, how the grapes and olives are grown, and the region in general. The winery is beautiful and well kept. We were surprised to learn that they are a small operation because everything seemed so professional! Would definitely recommend !

I learned so much. Just go and enjoy, taste and meet new people. Next time I’ll be back and there is a possibility to stay over. One word: amazing

Went here as part of a group tour and had a great time. I now have a better understanding of how wine and olives are produced and, of course, enjoyed tasting the wines.

We had the best time at the wine tasting! The duo who guided us through the wines were very nice and the wines also very good. It was just enough for you to drive back with the car, so no need to go by taxi. The day after when we had dinner in Alghero we found one of the beautiful red wines of Cantina Leda and ofcourse tried it. Tasted delicious again, thanks for the guide! 😊

Brilliant and thorough explanation of 5 different and wonderful wines with matching snacks. Very kind host and an enjoyable experience.

A group of us had an absolutely fabulous tour led by the charming owner Annamaria. In splendid English she gave us a wonderful tour around the vineyard and olive grove. The azienda is obviously a labour of love and a passion for Annamaria and her mother, producing relatively small quantities of high quality Sardinian varietal wines and fabulous extra virgin olive oil, which we were privileged to taste, along with Sardinian bread and a selection of local cheeses paired with the wines. All available to buy in the shop at amazingly reasonable prices. Do not miss this if you are in Alghero.

What an interesting and informative visit. Anna-Maria was so warm and welcoming and her talk was engaging and enthusiastic. The tour of the vines and olive grove was illuminating. We tasted 4 wines, local cheeses and olives and tasted their fabulous cold-presssed virgin olive oil. We had the opportunity to buy products to take home. A really fun and tasty activity!

Beautiful spot. Nice wine and cheese, and a lovely hostess with great explanation of all the wines. A nice sampling of the local wines. I would highly recommend.
