Honestly it was a lot better than the tour I went on for anheuser busch in st louis a few years back. The tour was in spanish and that would make it difficult for non spanish speakers. However they're are plenty of signs in English, Spanish and Gallego.

This was a great tour if you enjoy beer. This is a very popular beer here in Spain. They go through the history and beer making process. Lots of beer tasting after and they even show you how to do a proper pour. We also received lots of free swag! We walked from the cruise ship. It’s about a 40 minute walk. Pretty easy and we enjoyed waking through the city. On your way back don’t miss having a coffee at Pan Dulce Cafe, it was delicious and only a euro and some change.

If you’re in La Coruña you must give this a try….fantastic tour, our guide Judit was amazing, very knowledgeable. Very well laid out for disabled travellers. Was immediately offered the use of a wheelchair, and there were lifts to the floors and ramps everywhere. Beer was amazing, we did beer & cheese tasting, had a great time also being shown how to pour a beer the correct way for maximum taste pleasure. All in all fantastic value for money.

Walked from the port to be told a tour was not possible. I cannot see the point in advertising tours when you turn up to be told it’s not possible because of an event! Didn’t seem busy at all. Worst brewery ever that does not accept walk ins. We were told we could take a tour at 6.30. 8 hours later than we got there. Not worth the trip at all

A very enlightening tour interspersed with ‘Disneyesque’ features’. The grand finale of a pouring and tasting event was wonderfully well managed. The museum management were fantastic and readily swopped in an English speaking tour guide at very short notice. Venues such as this deserve to be supported in order that they can continue to Tell the story of Galician brewing for visitors to relate to others long after their visit

My cruise stopped at la coruna and I decided to visit the EG brewery and luckily I did! The facilities for the guided tour were spectacular and varied. Modern technology had been used nicely to help. At the end of the tour we got to pour our own beer and also taste other beers. A strong recommendation for beer lovers!

We had a brilliant time on the tour, it was a great experience. The tour guide (Ana) was fantastic and accommodated our lack of Spanish! It’s a great interactive experience, I would definitely recommend.

We were visiting La Coruna for a day trip from a cruise ship and found MEGA on TripAdvisor and contacted them to book the tour via email, This was the best beer tour we have ever done. The technology that the museum use to explain the brewing process is fantastic! right down to the 3-D glasses you can use. The staff are very knowledgeable and are super friendly and welcoming. Any question our guide was asked regarding the brewing process, she was able to answer immediately. We would definitely recommend this tour and loved every minute of it. Also met a lovely couple who enjoyed beer as much as us! 5 🌟

For anyone visiting A Coruña a trip to the Mundo Estrella Galicia Museum is a must. Very interesting to see the workings of actual functioning brewery rather than your typical visit to an off site museum (Guinness storehouse (and others) please take note!!!). Practising pulling a drink, then getting to drinking it followed by a tasting of 5 beers, matched with high quality food (seafood in my case) along with a couple of nice gifts (an embossed glass you pull your drink into and a handy tote/backpack bag when you leave) make this a very enjoyable and value for money experience. The option to do the tour in English was cool and our guide Oscar was very entertaining, knowledgeable and made the tour all the more enjoyable. I hope they keep the experience as it is and don't go commercial like numerous other similar ventures have done. Go visit MEGA!!!

WOW! I have been on many brewery tours and this was by far the most fun, interactive and unique tour. Many of the displays are interactive and I would describe it as a Disney World-like brewery experience. If you have the opportunity to go, I would HIGHLY recommend it! My only complaint is the tour wasn't long enough to see everything in the museum!

MEGA is a very interactive and well curated museum. The visit was really interesting, engaging and original. The guide explained everything clearly and with the right level of detail. The beer tasting was great!

The museum is built on the factory grounds, and whilst not big, it was packed with interesting information, on the history, the raw materials, the processing. There are plenty on interactive features, and the pace of the tour was relaxed. Marta was my guide on this occasion, and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, see was very engaging and explained everything really nicely. The beer tasting, and sampling of complimentary cheeses for each bee, was fabulous. We will be coming back for this tour again soon.

El museo es muy interactivo y te permite entender el proceso de elaboración de manera sencilla y comprensible. Las instalaciones son geniales.

Vale la pena visitar el MEGA. Trato muy agradable. Se aprenden muchas cosas relacionadas con el mundo de la cerveza, la historia de Estrella de Galicia, etc

La visita fue genial y la experiencia de cata con Martín fue súper divertida. Aprendimos mucho sobre la elaboración de la cerveza sus orígenes. Además Martín nos hizo un taller sensorial genial, nos divertimos mucho a la vez que nos demostró como la expresión comer por los ojos es completamente verdad. Gracias equipo Mega sois geniales 😍
