Really great trip. The guide Simon knows a lot of the island. I learned a lot of Gran Canaria. We visited the northern part of the island first and traveled via Roque Nuble back to the south. You see that the island has different climates. Tip: take a light summer jacket with you. It can be cold in the mountains.

There is too much time on board the bus, or at commercial opportunities for the coach company to make extra money. The trip was around 7 hours long, 1 hour of that was lunch at a pre-arranged restaurant which presumably has a commercial relationship with the tour company, and around 45 minutes was. at an Agave farm, which sold products and again the tour company presumably gets a cut. There was no time off the coach to walk and explore the area around the best feature on the trip, Roque Nublo, unfortunately.

Knowledgeable guide who provided easy to understand historical and factual commentary in both English and German. Nice short stops to see the villages of Arucus and Firgas. Stunning scenery as large coach made its way up into the mountains. Excellent driving skills by the driver, tight hairpin roads so avoid the window seat if you're afraid of heights! Lunch at the restaurant was very, very average but the setting and views were good. Would have liked more time seeing all the rock formations and scenery at Roque Nublo. Aloe Vera plantation was interesting but felt like a sales pitch. Worthwhile trip if you want to see the majority of the island and the contrasting landscapes in a day but try and go on a clear sunny day as it wouldn't be as good if cloudy.

First of all we booked for a maximum 15 persons group and only English language guide. We have got a 40-50 persons bus/coach and a guide struggling with three different languages. We don't like such big groups and to travel by coach, so this was very on the negative side to us. Too short time given in Telde , Firgas and Arucas, used more than a hour for lunch. Lunch was average but cheap, 12 euros for a soup, main course, dessert, a wine and water included. We visited Telde, Arucas, Firgas,Valleseco and we stopped at some Miradores high up in the mountains. The tour and information given was average, I wouldn't recommend it,only if you are keen to sit on the bus 60% of the trip.

The guide was very friendly and knew alot of information which she shared. Stunning places to visit and incredible scenery. Driver was excellent.

Fantastisk guide, mycket kunnig, snygg samt en hel del humor. Minus till maten som serverades, hafsigt och slafsigt. Hade vi vetat om kvalitén på maten hade vi tackat nej till det som serverades kort om tid 20 mln per rätt. Väldigt korta stopp, han inte att utforska de fina ställena som vi stannade vid. Plus till den excellenta chauffören som tog oss hem levande.

Excellent aperçu de la Grande Canarie du Nord et du Centre assez méconnue et combien différente du Sud : villes authentiques, nature superbe, verte, variée. Excellents chauffeur et guide.

War ein sehr netter reiseleiter und ein sehr sicherer buschauffeur. Finde dieses feld sollte nicht pflichtfeld sein, gibt leute die wollen oder können nicht schreiben

Sehr gut organisiert die Reiseleiterin und das Programm waren sehr gut. Beim Mittagessen darf man allerdings nicht zuviel erwarten.

Ich vergebe 3 Punkte, da 4 schon sehr gut bedeutet. Organisatorisch gut. Reiseführer sprach Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Reiseziele wie versprochen. Jetzt die Kritik: den ganzen Tag im Reisebus (ca. 50 Personen) verbracht, auf den engsten Straßen und Serpentinen. Auf Grund der Größe des Busses, immer wieder Abbremsen bei Gegenverkehr, oder engen Kurven. Busfahrer fuhr aber sehr gut. Wer sich eine Tour wünscht mit kleineren Bussen o.ä., sollte nach Alternativen schauen. Wir hatten schon andere Touren auf Gran Canaria und waren enttäuscht, als ein großer Reisebus eingesetzt wurde.

Wir starteten um ca.10:00 Uhr und waren um 18:00 Uhr wieder am Hotel. Die Tour ist für den Preis Top, man erfährt von der gut gelaunten Reiseführern ein ganze Menge an Info über die Insel und den einzelnen Haltepunkten. Das Mittagessen für 12€ +Getränk ist ok, halt Turi Verpflegung. Der Busfahrer Manolo hat einen echt guten Job gemacht da es an vielen Stellen sehr sehr eng ist. Alles im allem würde ich die Tour weiterempfehlen.
