Such a fantastic experience - we had a great time on the Soca with our excellent guide and instructor Gili who kept us safe but at the same time kept it interesting and exciting. We had never kayaked before so the sit on kayak experience was perfect for us. The best way to experience the river and the stunning scenery surrounding it. There was an optional swim stop which we took advantage of and felt great to get in the water. They also took loads of photos throughout and sent them to afterwatds free of charge. All the staff at Sports were super friendly and welcoming and would recommend 100%

I would recommend to do this trip before the high season. Being on the river alone and seing snowy mountain peaks was something special!

This is a not-to-be-missed adventure! The scenery, the knowledgeable and competent guides and a happy, positive vibe all made this the highlight of our time in Slovenia. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the river. We are still hoping our guides will come visit us in Utah this winter for some skiing so we can repay the kindness they showed us on our trip!

We went on a kayak tour with the guide Liam. The whole team has already greeted us warmly at the first meeting and provided us with top equipment. We felt well cared for the whole time by each team member. The tour itself with Liam was a dream. The route was well adapted to us as beginners, we laughed a lot together, got interesting facts and were able to learn some kayak skills. Liam supported us at all times and we felt professionally taken care of while having a tour that felt like doing it with friends! Thanks for the great day to all!

This group was amazing! We did the river rafting and the kayaking guided tours and both our guides were amazing! Tin and Lorenzo! I have been on many of these outings all over the world but no guide has ever been as good as the two I experienced here in Slovenia!

The best kayaking tour EVER. The guides were very friendly and patient with our first timers. Very scenic and beautiful. The staff was the best. Pictures are free and they email them to you. I would highly recommend them to all.

Very well organized and exciting trip down the Soča river. Well guided and a very fun activity! Would definitely recommend :) Also, I went with my partner (who had previous kayaking experience) and I had none (and was a teeny bit nervous), but we both really enjoyed it. So suitable and enjoyable for beginners as well as a little more experienced kayakers!

The kayak trip was amazing experience for me and my family. We had really good time with our guide although it was raining. The Sportmix staff are people, you definitely need to meet, if you are comming to Bovec. So listen to me and go on that trip with them. They are amazing people.

We did a Family Tour with two children (13ys and 16) and had a great time. In fact it was our second trip with sport mix - the first one was the rafting trip :). The kayaking technique was explained well and no one had trouble getting down the river. The guide was also very nice. So next time in Slowenia we‘ll book again at sport mix.

We had the best time! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The process of loading up and getting to the river was quick and easy. The water was beautiful and we had a blast. Would do it again in a heart beat.

The descent of the Soca River was definitely a pleasant and cool experience! It was the first time that I paddled in a river that was a bit wilder and with more current than the rivers that I have paddled in the past. Fortunately, we were given plenty of protective equipment for this adventurous run! It was nice that the guide explained so much about the environment and informed us about the rapids and dangerous places in the river. That way we were able to enjoy the safest possible descent. Moreover, the guide took a lot of pictures that we also received afterwards via e-mail. As a result, we have many lasting memories of this unforgettable experience.
