It was very fun and entertaining. Saw a lot of gators and beautiful views. It was perfect weather and the tour guide told us a lot of new facts

The tour was great. Plenty of gator sitings. Great tour guide. Definitely a great experience. We loved the music on the tour as well.

We had a private 10 person boat party with Jay as our guide. He was absolutely incredible! He was fun, knowledagbe and gave us many laughs and some education! I would love to do this again next time I am in the area!

The tour guide was informative and funny but we were expecting to feed the alligators Marshmallows and see more alligators. The customer service was horrible. They were not helpful. They would not reimburse me for paying an adult price for a child..

This trip was the high point of the week! We almost canceled based on the cold and windy weather. Based on a local blog, we opted to include the transportation option so we were picked up at Harrah's casino. We were given a 75 minute window and told to wait outside on the curb to be picked up....no way! It was cold. We waited in the lobby and the van pulled up, driver jumped out and waited for us while we hurried out. Excellent driver with a history lesson as took the 45 minute drive. My son was a little disappointed we opted for the pontoon instead of the airboat, but because of the weather....it turned out to be the right choice. Some people have posted about only seeing one alligator from a distance. We easily saw 20 or more throughout the entire 90 minute (which turned out to be 2 hours as we kept seeing more alligators) trip. Great trip, lots of stories about the history of the area too! We highly recommend....and I was worried with the windy conditions and because I get very seasick. I felt just fine the entire trip, the experienced captain knew how to keep the pontoon level and it was an easy ride.

We had a great time. An awesome way to spend an afternoon. The views were great and the captain gave us great information. Definitely recommend.

Not the best tour. The boat captain was very hard to hear and understand. We got more of a hurricane tour than an alligator/bayou tour. Kids were bored. Booking was easy and the staff helpful and friendly.

This was so much fun despite the freezing weather that we weren't dressed for. Our guide was very entertaining. And it was a joy to see the alligators and Spanish Moss. I didn't realize alligators liked Marshmallows 😳. But that's what the captain tossed in the water to lure the gators closer. Some gators, I think, already knew what was going on without the added Marshmallows because they showed up. But it was still a fun experience and would recommend going.

Our Captain Larry was the best!!! The tour itself was fun and knowledgeable. It was our first time visiting a swamp or any swamp for that manner and it is truly beautiful and unique. I would love to book this tour again should I find myself in New Orleans.

I signed up for airboat tour thinking I was going to be on an actual airboat. Lots of people loaded onto them but then I got a ferry boat ride. Routines my expectations and experience.

Captain of the platoon boat was excellent! Got us close to the alligators. Store, bathroooms and waiting area were very clean, organized and clean. Pictures were a great touch!

The platoon boat was perfect! It offered shade from the sun and we were able to stand up and walk around to each side of the boat. We saw so many alligators and the captain was amazing in explaining everything to us and making sure we got up nice and close to the alligators. We also saw some raccoons and some turtles and some, different birds. It was very much worth it. Highly recommend it.

A lot of fun! Our guide Larry made sure to get us a great view of the gators, told jokes, gave a great history of the region. Had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Got to really see some gator and the tour guide was just as i expected very Cajun. It was great we had a blast most definitely will come back. And will tell all my friends and family about it.

The views were amazing, our boat driver/guide was very nice and funny too! We had a great time on his boat. He fed them marshmallows and the alligators came right by the boat, we saw so many from up close, a little scary for me but a great adventure! Everything is so well organized, from the bus ride to the boat experience!

The tour guide EJ was fantastic on the pontoon boat. He was very informative and friendly as well as allowing everyone to see the wide life.

My three friends and I had an amazing time on the boat tour, the tour guide did an awesome job. The scenery was incredible!

We went on the bigger pontoon boat, had loads of great alligator sightings and the guide was really informative about local history etc, would recommend! Only thing I would say is you will probably need mosquito repellent!
