Uncomfortable vehicle for a long journey in the mountains. It is difficult to travel not facing the road causes motion sickness. The language was primarily Russian. The guide should have been more friendlier and could have made the journey more interesting.

They move the day from the best sunny day to the day later giving me an excuse saying that was too cold for climbing (there is no climbing in the tour). They give me the pick up time at 11PM of the day before. The guide was a nice guy, but not well prepared and with low english level. We didn't get any explanation for "five finger mountain" and we totally missed "Qechresh forest". The experience was pleasant thanks to the nice travelmates.

Nazperi is a very good english speaking as she explained every places we go very well. Hope you get her on your tour as well. Highly recommended!

Tour started on time and guide explained everything on our way. After spending some time in Guba we went to Xınalıq village to spend most of our time. What a day! I cannot forget a delicious lunch we had which was in the local house of that village. Everyone should see Xınalıq ♥️

The Guide was very good. He helped us learn the language. He was also helped us order food at the roadside stand and get me vegetarian food at the home stay in the mountains. However, I must’ve misread the itinerary. It was essentially a very long drive with a short lunch. And nothing else. I strongly discourage you from doing this tour.

We had a wonderful time, and Toghrul was the absolute best guide! He was entertaining, informative, the views were incredible, we learnt a lot and had a wonderful time. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends!

I had an amazing tour with the guide”Toto”. From the ride there it was beautiful views over the mountains and the small narrow roads were interesting to ride on. The village we visited was incredible, approximately 2300m high up in the mountains and had a local lunch which was fantastic. The guide was excellent, good jokes, good story telling and provided very good information. I really recommend this tour. Best regards from Sweden

The views during the ride were so beautiful. If you are prone to motion sickness, be prepared as the ride to and from the village will be a bumpy one. Kudos to the experienced driver who managed to navigate the roads safely. Our tour guide Toghrul (Toto) was entertaining and friendly, he even told some personal anecdotes which I enjoyed listening to. The 5-10min walk up to the villager's house was steep so it might be difficult for those with mobility issues. Lunch was simple but filling. The owner of the house was kind enough to provide a small space for me & the other muslim tour group members to pray during lunch.

The most amazing nature we witnessed where Khinaliq was breathtaking. Toghrul our guide was outstanding . He is so dedicated in his work , makes sure we don’t miss a single moment of this once in a lifetime experience. Highest village point where we also experienced the local village food which was amazing and so much of history . This is the most scenic trip of our entire Azerbaijan trip and all thanks to Toghrul our guide , Bahu our driver and of course the entire staff of Azerbaijan travel who were so helpful even before coming here

I strongly recommend to everyone to do Khinaliq tour especiallu with tour guide Sam.He gave us much information about the country and ethnics life.We also had delicious lunch inside etnics house.Special thanks to driver.

It was a great experience, we explored Baku and surround areas including Quba-Xinaliq. The guide Toghrul did a great job, he was friendly and well informed. We enjoyed every bit of it.

This was the best tour I’ve every been on. My friend and I booked a private tour. We were picked up from our hotel. The tour guide Toghrul explained how the tour would go (what we’d do and how he’d guide). We then did everything he outlined, but we’re blown away by everything along the way. Absolutely stunning views and good food. Beyond the natural wonderful context of the tour, our tour guide (Toghrul) and our driver made our experience exceptional. They gave us background on everything Azerbaijani and answered all of our additional questions (even about sensitive topics). They joked with us. They gave us additional recommendations and set us up for a wonderful rest of our time in Azerbaijan. They made us feel like friends, even though they were professional throughout. I was thoroughly impressed. I can’t recommend this tour enough. And make sure you ask for Toghrul!

The tour is a long drive but it could be improved by: making different stops on the way to and from Khinalug. During the many driving hours, the driver and guide kept the windows open, despite asking two times to close them... the result is that me and my friend were sick the day after! The van was also arranged with three seats in the backward direction of driving, which is not ideal when you are going to drive many hours on windy mountain roads... Khnalug visit was beautiful and the guide spoke very goo English, I was just expecting a different comfort and overall experience

We had the best time and it is all thanks to our tour guide, Toghrul, who made the full day experience to the Guba and Khinalug village, a memorable and fun one. I would rate this tour a must do, amazing sceneries..the lunch in the village a different experience with a lot of inputs on history. Thank you Toghrul for keeping us entertained and making it a fun trip. A big salute to the driver of our vehicle, it's not easy to drive the car up and down the mountains and the narrow roads.
