My wife and I used this service for the entirety of our trip in Valle de Guadalupe. Both drivers we had, Samuel and Anayeli, were extremely kind, professional, and so helpful. We booked a private driver for our first trip to the Valle for our first full day there. Jacinto picked us up at our doorstep (early even!) and provided a wonderful experience, so much so that we rebooked for a second day. The roads can be hard to navigate and markings are not always clear, so having someone who knows EVERYTHING about EVERYWHERE made for a stress-free, fun, easy day. Jacinto is a local and can offer up so much to learn and experience - we were very grateful to have his knowledge and skill to guide us on a fantastic two days through the wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend - and thank you for such a lovely vacation!

This was the best decision during our trip! We had originally booked for one day and enjoyed it so much we hired her back for a second day. Reliable, knowledgeable and so friendly. Or driver was Anayeli, she was awesome and had great suggestions for us and knew her way around Valle de Guadalupe. We will be back and use this service again! Thanks for the great experience!!

Nimrod is such a courteous, timely, and knowledgeable guide! We enjoyed ourselves at each winery and restaurant he recommended, and he made sure that we were well taken care of. At the end of our tour, he drove us up to see a magnificent view of the city lit up at night! Thank you so much!

I made a last minute reservation for the next day and am soooo happy I did. Carlos is great to work with and communicated about our driver and his expected arrival time. Elias is a local and knows all the wineries and restaurants in the valley. While his English isn't great, we used our Translate app and got along just fine. We visited four wineries for tastings, one with lunch, and ended the day at a fabulous restaurant. Elias suggested all but the first winery and we loved the entire day with him. It was so nice knowing we could both enjoy the tastings and have reliable transportation throughout the day.

Iván with Ruta del Vino tours was amazing. I typically don’t write reviews but felt like I should for this one. Being that it was our first time at El Valle de Guadalupe we were looking for a company and person that was safe, reliable, welcoming and would show us a great time. Ivan and Ruta del Vino was all that and more. He was very welcoming, attentive and was a wealth of information. Ivan was much more that a driver, my wife and I felt like we had our own personal tour guide. We honestly felt like we had a family member driving us around. Being that it was our first time here at el Valle, it was great to have Ivan with us. He had great suggestions, personal insight and made suggestions on how to be best efficient with our time. He picked us up at our room door and dropped us off there as well. We are already thinking about our next trip and bringing friends and family along. The one thing we know we will do for sure is book Ivan and Ruta del Vino tours.

Our driver Anayeli made great winery and restaurant recommendations. Valle de Guadalupe was a wonderful stop on our trip. Would definitely book again.

Carlos was a great tour guide and spoke English very well. He took us to some great wineries, a taqueria and to dinner later that night. We had a big group of 20 people and he knew where to go and how to plan our day best. He always had cold waters on hand and the bus was very comfortable. I would definitely book him again.

We used Ruta Del Vino for a sprinter van for our wine tasting day. Our driver was great, showed up on time, easy to communicate with and a fair rate. The car didn't have any way to hook up music, but our driver was able to pick up a speaker which was very fun! Would book this group again for a sprinter van!

Very bad experience using VDG tours chauffers. We were going for 3 days tour in Valle de Guadalupe, and wine domaines. We paid the 50% downpayment 4 months ahead. As we had no news a few days before our trip I called, and got confirmation that the chauffeur will be there the D Day. Nobody never shown up at our hotel and neither contacted us. We had to uncover back up senario. Worst is that until now they do not answer messages, and do not reimbursed the 50% downpayment we made. Very bad experience.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! Where do I even begin? - Our flight changed the day prior to arrival and they were still able to accommodate us. Picking us up from the San Diego airport at 9 PM, efficiently getting across the border, making a quick stop for tacos, and then getting us to our hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. - Anything we wanted to do in the valley, anytime / anywhere this company had a driver available, and all the drivers were phenomenal! On one of the evenings my phone died, and I was incredibly nervous we wouldn’t be able to get a hold of the driver. I had written the number down and ask the server call. The driver immediately picked up and said he’d be there in 7 minutes waiting for us whenever we were ready. And sure enough he was there waiting in the parking lot for us. - THE MOST INCREDIBLE PART! To make a long story short, I found a stray street dog in the valley I wanted to bring home to America (las vegas) . I reached out to the main line with a crazy question asking if they’d be available to transport the dog from the Valle to the vet in Tijuana. There was no hesitation, and the company was more than willing to help out. Without this company I’m not sure this incredible little pup would’ve made it to the states. Forever grateful! I cannot recommend this company enough. I highly recommend them for transport to and from San Diego, as well as restaurants and wineries you want to go in Valle de Guadalupe.

Jose def. Made this experience 100x better! Real nice and polite guy. Helped us every chance he got. He even called a restraunt before we went, to ask if we needed reservation, without us asking him to do so. His mission was to make our day the most enjoyable nd he succeeded! Muchas gracias Jose!

Ruta Del Vino Tours was extremely helpful in making our anniversary trip travels care free. Ivan advised us on which vineyards to visit and they were amazing. Carlos is very easy to get ahold of we never had to wait for a driver to show up- it was super quick! We will definitely use this company every time we travel to Valle de Guadalupe or anywhere in that area of Mexico. Highly recommend!
