This was the worst experience in my life. Our itinerary said 9am, we were waiting for the bus for 45 minutes at their meeting spot & they never picked us up. I call them & they lied to me saying they drove by but we weren’t there. The hotel bellmen said they never showed up either. They sent me on a wild goose chase & never apologized nor tried to make it right.

An awesome tour of Guadalupe, Teotihuacan, The Temple (they’re not pyramids), Local Artist Shops followed by a delightful meal! The tour guide Abarro was awesome and a delightful person. Our group was also a good mix!!

Amazing driver and your guy. Especially tha one at the temples ( better known as pyramids). Just too little time at our Lady of Guadalupe shrine (30 min or less)😞

This trip is great! The guide picked us up from the hotel on time and then we got transferred to our group. Our guide Gabriela was the best. Her English was great and she is very funny. She managed to drive and do the tour in English and in Spanish, we are the only English speakers and she as able to give everyone the same amount of time. No one felt left out.

It was an informative and a great tour. The tour guide was very attentive and considerate. It was worth the money. We all had fun. Thank you so much.

Time in the pyramids was too short and time in the souvenirs store was too long. I recommend only 15 minutes in the store initially, 2 hours in the temple system/ pyramids (instead of just 1h).

This was a wonderful inexpensive tour with a amazing driver and tour a guide Uberto! In Berito was funny wonderful and accommodating answering all of my questions for all the historical places we went. It also came with a lovely Buffay lunch and even my own dancing which was wonderful. I highly recommend this to her company. We booked it through Luis and he was wonderful emailing us and keeping us up-to-date on all of our questions.

This tour was an amazing experience!! The tour guide was amazing and explained us everything that we needed to know. Everything was just very exceptional!! And I really appreciate that the tour guide waited for us at the beginning of the tour because we were running about 20 minutes late. Thank you so much for everything!

The tour was amazing. Although we couldn´t get inside due the pandemic we saw everything from the road. Guadeloupe Shrine Complex was very nice.

With every step, we were reminded of those who lived before us, how they thought, worshipped and behaved. Efforts have obviously been made (especially in the new Basilica) to make these more accessible. Doing more in the old structures is difficult. These should be experienced.

Very disorganized and unprofessional, At the morning, the bus was late for 90 min at the Morning! So we came to the site late.Than, Instead of dropping tourists to see Pyramids they dropped us to the shopping zone for 2 hours... As result, after spending approximately 2 hours there we have left only 2 hours to see The Pyramids! And it was not enough time to claim on the top! Bus wasn't able to find parking spot near so we walk long distance before we come to the actual site entrance. Besides that - No guided tour was provided! Every meeting time assigned was delayed for 15-30 min to wait all group members. And off course not all people come back - some group members detached from a trip after a 1st point decided to use UBER service instead. A lunch was arranged between 4 and 5 PM finally.. After departing from the Pyramids we get to the next point- the Basilica just 15 min before a dusk time, and again (!) instead to visit the Basilica we were dropped to the shopping area for 40 min to buy small gifts to bring in the church to get blessings from a priest. When finally came to the Church it was dark outside - no guided tour provided. The Priest finished his service before our group came to the blessing point. Another promise was broken Never do it again!

Our guide Sergio Toledo was friendly, helpful, and well informed on the history and culture of the site. It was a full day with adios at an artisan collective where there were demonstrations on the carving of obsidian, as well as the extraction and distillation of local distilled Spirits such as tequila. If you buy the all inclusive including lunch, it is served up with gusto and a large and varied buffet restaurant, complete with mariachi band. If you don't book with lunch included, the cost of this Sumptuous Buffet is about $12 us. I highly recommend this tour.

I was a bit skeptical of the tour initially, sometimes tours can be a bit like herding cattle: get off the bus, take a picture, get on the bus onto the next spot, repeat. Thankfully this tour was nothing like that. The tour guide was very knowledgable, the food in the optional included lunch option was very good (something for everyone), and we were not rushed at any of the sites we visited. My only bit of criticism is that I selected the option for the tour to be in English, and it was all in Spanish. I selected the English option for the benefit of my girlfriend. Luckily I speak the language and was able to translate for her, but I feel the tour overlooked that detail or mislabeled it as on option when purchasing.

Good some confusion at the start. Tour group was unsure what to do with English speaking group. Kept saying they were working on it took a while. Lunch was provided meaning they stop and you pay this was misleading. Francisco our tour guide was great even walked us to our hotel.

Todo 10/10 el transporte cómodo , el guía y los lugares que visitamos todo excelente ,muy recomendado Mexitours, el guía explicó todo muy bien da los lugares visitados

POUR LA VISITE BIEN MAIS ORGANISATION MINABLE TRIPLE ZERO 1) au départ on m'a laissé seul sur le trottoir je n'ai rejoins le groupe qu'environ une heure après J'ai payé pour visiter la cathédrale de Guadalupe et le site Tetihacan , pas pour passer ^plus de deux heures dans un magasin d'objats en obsideienne, ce qui a fait que nous sommes retournés sur Mexico à la tombée de la nuit et le guide ayant plusieurs personnes a déposer a endroits différents m'a laissé à un carrefour me disant que mon hotel était à 15 minutes a pied. J'ai marché pendant une heure et demie. TREES MAUVAISE ORGANISATION

Me ha parecido una experiencia increíble y la atención de los guías también ha sido excelente. Mexico es un país que siempre quise conocer por sus lugares culturales y ahora estoy disfrutando al máximo mis vacaciones

Excelente tour, si quieres salir algo de lo cotidiano animate a salir a un lugar cercano a la CDMX ideal para disfrutar de los diferentes paisajes.
