The service is good the tourist guide explain it well we depart on time also we are comfortable in the bus and specially thanks to Mr spartak but i think they need to be organize more how to handle the tourist if they will take lunch it should be every number they will choose for lunch they need to include the name per chair so it will be organize because last time April 18 the table is full occupied and our tourist want us to sit there we are 4 and the long table is vacant maybe 1-2 chairs only how we will fit in ourself there so next time need to be organize to the future tourist

Really enjoyed this tour from a professional Armenian company. The tour guide (I don’t remember her name) was very professional.

Maverick our driver was driving safely and Tijrn our tour guide was really helpful and gave us so many advises with the tour.

Tijran was fantastic guide. He has a great sense of humor. Also our driver Maverick was a friendly driver. Overall the trip was amazing!

Knowledgeable and friendly guide, did the tour in English and Russian. Enough time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. Great coach and driver with heating and WiFi. Food very good, circa 4000 for everything on the table plus a main meal. Only downside for me was the ropeway only going 1/3 up the mountain rather than the top, and I think it should be advertised as such (n.b. To go to the top would be tight on the timescale, and incur extra fees). All that said, a fair package/price, and whole trip lasted 7.5 hours so back in time for the theatre.

Had an absolutely amazing time. The scenery was truly unbelievable and you get to see Armenia’s true beauty. The ropeway in particular was a highlight of the experience. Manya was a fantastic guide. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to see and explore Armenia.

I fell in love with Armenia and her rich history. Others may say it’s just a small country in a landlocked region, where borders not that really safe but IDC. I wanna thank Marina for being informative both in Russian and English language. She’s really put her heart on what she’s doing. There’s one instance that my fellow traveler wanted to go outside to throw the trash and what happened next is Marina willingly get the trash and throw by herself. Like, hey you don’t have to do that but she did it anyway. She embarked a positive energy that illuminates and transcends to everyone in the room. She often smiles and gladly offer help if she knows something bothers you. She even open up a bit of herself when she mentioned her 15 year old son which doesn’t require her but she did it anyway to point a view. All in all I would really love to be with her on my next trip if God permits. I wanna thank the driver Mr. Kajik as well for being not just a driver but a guide as well. He may not as vocal (which is fairly okay) but he’s entire being is lovely. I highly recommend to include Hyur services on your next visit to Armenia. And make sure to get Marina’s schedule.

The views were amazing. The overall tour including transport, tour guide Hasmik were good. This experince was fantastic. We really enjoyed all the views, history of armenia, learned Christian history of armenia from first century. This tour was great! Will recommend Oneway tour to our friends and family. Firstly, our tour guide, Ms. Marina, has been very informative with all our tours and Armenian history, always smiling and answering questions of everybody. The tour agency itself was very organized and easy to book online. Would very much recommend this agency for everybody.

The Guide Ms. Marina and Driver Mr. Levon was really helpful and the details shared by the guide during the full trip was really appreciatable. The full trip was full of fun and really enjoyed. Amazing experience with amazing views from the cable car as well as from the monastery. The trip was very well organised and the mini bus comfortable. Marina the guide was very patient, kind, friendly but most of all very passionate and knowlegeable about the history of the places we visited. Highly recomend this trip.
