Excellent experience overall. Discovery of Tbilissi and interesting other sites in Georgia in just 2 days. Tatev, our guide, was very good, funny and patient. Our driver was also very professional and friendly. Hotel 4 * with spacious and impeccable rooms. Restaursnts chosen were also good. Border control a little bit long but independent from Hyur service. I would definitely recommend Hyur Tour.

Well-organized, we could visit best places in Georgia within 2 days. Every experiences was so special, so I couldn’t stop taking shots with my camera all the time. Also our guides are very nice to care about me who joined by myself, and he spoke perfect English which helped me enhance my knowledge. Thanks to our guides, driver and other companies, I enjoyed and laughed a lot without feeling lonely. Overall it was best trip ever, more than satisfied! I would like to recommend this tour to my family and friends.

The trip to Georgia was great. Guide - Yervan and driver Joseph - great fellows. Excursions - very much, catering - very tasty and a lot!!! Hotel accommodation in Tbilisi - Astoria - I liked everything. I recommend the tour and the company to everyone.

We booked the 2-day tour to Georgia with Hyur. They came highly recommended and both me and my friend were beyond happy with all the services provided by the company. The travel agent we booked the tour with was very helpful and unbelievably patient. Both our guide, Yervand, and our driver, Mais, went out of their way to make the journey to Tbilisi the most wonderful experience. Hyur delivered on all accounts: the crew served us cool spring water and Armenian cookies, then we had the most fantastic lunch, both the first and second day, the accommodation was in the centre of Tiblisi, to a 4* hotel, all the admission tickets were covered, including the aerial tour. We had some pretty rainy and foggy days, but Mais’s driving was impeccable although the visibility was limited. My friend was ill prepared for the suddenly chill weather in Tbilisi, but thankfully our driver saved the day and borrowed her his own jacket for the reminder of our trip. He was so positive, and kind, and gracious, always trying to cheer us up. Our guide was well versed in local Armenian and Georgian history, always delivering some well documented story. And we felt in no way neglected because he covered everything in Armenian, Russian and English. Yervand managed to make interactions look be both friendly and professional. His relaxed demeanour really helped put us at ease. The itinerary was careful planned to include some amazing sites and booked appropriately as to avoid crowding at sites. All in all, the trip gave us a really feel good vibe. The day after we got back to Yerevan, our host booked us a local tour with another company and we were able to compare. Hyur definitely provided the better service. An all around amazing experience. I would definitely recommend: the company, the staff, the tour. Kudos to you, guys!

The tour was well worth it with plenty of adventures and sight seeing that will be memorable for ever. Our tour guide Yervand was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and our driver Mias was a pleasure to have. Thank you Hyur Services for an excellent customer service.

I decided to take this tour because, besides wanting to visit Yerevan, I also wanted to visit Tbilisi. After looking for all the options, this tour was the best option. With almost all the things included (only dinner was by ourselves), the price was amazing. Yerband was my tour guide and he was amazing!! Always explaining everything, confident in what he was saying and going the extra mile to be sure our needs and expectations were matched. Maiz was our drive and, besides taking us safe and sound through Armenia and Georgia, was always trying to talk to me in my native language, with small words, which made me happy and safe to be with them. Overall, I loved the experience. I would repeat everything again!

That was amazing. I would really recommend go with Tatev and Khachik. Tatev (our tour leader) is super friendly, takes care of every one, knowledgeable, and supportive. Khachik was our captain. He knows how to drive such that his passengers feel nothing.

The favorite part of thos tour was our 2 knowledge, kind, friendly and amazing tour guides; Katchik and David. They made this trip extra special I felt like I am traveling with my best friends or family. I would highly recommend them.

We visited Armenia last week and booked two days trip to Tbilisi trough company Hyur. Every person with whom we came in contact was thoroughly professional, helpful and friendly. We don't remember the names of the staff in the office who organized this trip for us (in a very busy time in Yerevan) but they were extremely friendly and efficient. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining. The driver, too, drove with care throughout the tour. We enjoyed well our two days in Tbilisi.

The Saturday-Sunday tour to Tbilisi was cool, starting from professional tour leader and driver; ending with clean hotel room and yummy meals. Everything was punctual, on time, they deserved my 5 stars!

First of all we would like to thank you for organizing our tour to Georgia. We loved the trip very much and would ask you to thank our driver and guide for looking after us so well. Besides, we stayed at apartment which was arranged also with this agency and it was very suitable and nice as well. Thank you for all the arrangements. We had almost a week of tours provided by Hyur and it is not difficult to recommend them.... all happened as scheduled, very well selected destinations, everything super professional, very professional drivers, etc... tour guides were very knowledgble, helpful and friendly, Tigran, our guide to Georgia, managed to be even better. Hyur exceeded expectations.

Our two days tour to Georgia went extremely well and we are sorry to back at home. We had wonderful time there and we had many little surprises and experiences, which made the trip great one.
