Very well-organized and professional services. The guide Manya was outstanding - knowledgeable and friendly. She even hummed a tune to demonstrate the acoustics of a chamber in Gerhard monastery. Mavrik was very quick and efficient in driving us safely to all of the destinations. The masterclass in Lavash making was a lot of fun, both entertaining and informative. Great group bus tour to Armenia’s top tourist destinations outside Yerevan. I liked the taxi pickup at my hotel in the morning. Arpi, the tour guide, was very personable and knowledgeable. I especially liked how fair she was in half the time starting her talks in Russian, and then the other half of the time in English. She kept the tour going on schedule, yet, accommodated unplanned things like a requested bathroom stop at a gas station. I especially liked the lunch at a locals house and not a restaurant (it is an extra cost, but it is minimal). And Mavr, our driver, was great too (oy vey – those mountain roads). Interestingly, this tour company was recommended by a friend who works at the Front Desk of a local five star hotel in Yerevan. But this is not a tour company that hotel officially recommends. Why? The tour company that hotel recommends costs almost three times as much (and no doubt that hotel gets a good chunk of that money).

Our guide Moira and driver Mira were really good and made the day. It started with registration at the office [make sure somebody in your party has passport] there are toilets there. Bus left at 10am and made way to Khor Virap - excellent views of Mount Ararat. Guided around the monastery. Made our way to Azat reservoir - group photo taken then on to Garni Temple. The stop for food was excellent - firstly shown breadmaking - then sit down for lunch. The salad was really fresh as if just picked - the trout very tasty. Could have done with a nice glass of wine, Then onwards to Geghard monastery - we visit then went for a glass of wine in the bar just down the road. We arrived back in Verevan about 18.00 - a full and interesting day out.

The attractions and views during the tour were nice. We had sufficient time to explore each site and our trip ended as per stated duration. Our tour guide was professional and friendly The tour group was big (the big, clean tour bus was almost filled) and was divided into English and Russian speaking group during the explanation portion. The tour guide was fair and took turns to alternate the Eng/Rus explaination at each attraction site/in the bus. We had lunch (1 vegetarian option, 1 chicken, 1 fish option, 1 salad option) at a family owned restaurant which is also where the lavash making was shown. Its nice that we were able to try the lavash that the ladies made.

Been on a one-day tour that encompassed historic and natural areas not far from Yerevan (Garni temple, Geghard monastery, Azat water reservoir and Khor Virap monastery). It was an utter bliss to participate to such an extraordinary journey. I managed to easily reserve this tour in advance without any problems. All the details about the meeting point, time, amount of money that might have been needed for lunch mentioned in the blank form corresponded to reality. The tour was perfectly planned: we visited all the sites and had enough free time for enjoying them. Timing was perfect and so were the other aspects of the tour. This was possible due to the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the guide, Manya. Special thanks to her for making this tour perfect and unforgettable. On a tour with her you will be pleasantly surprised during the Geghard monastery excursion. The car was also in an excellent condition: proper, with a/c and wifi, and an experienced and polite driver, with whom I felt completely safe. It is noteworthy, that the company conducts tours in three languages: Armenian, English and Russian. The language used during the tour was different, because I was the only one with a different language. It did not affect my trip as I am familiar with all of the abovementioned languages, however it may be a problem for others. As a kind note, I would like to wish the agency to find solutions in such cases, as not all the people have a good command of all 3 languages. Overall, thanks for a splendid tour and unforgettable emotions. I would advise anyone traveling with your company in case of group tours, as it is quite affordable for such high quality of services. its my first time travelling outside the country, and i didnt regret going to Armenia. exploring some of the historical sites were fun and amazing. and i enjoyed it more because of Leo (driver) and Tamara (tour guide). Well done guys👏

My friend from Iran and I had an amazing time exploring everything and learning new things in Armenia and Georgia, We booked the tours at the office they have in the lobby of Ani Grant Hotel where we stayed. We had 3 tours with them ,visiting a lot of different places ranging from north to south. We did Garni temple, Geghard monastery, lavash baking master class. Tour to Georgia for two days Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Jvari monastery. Kakheti region Bodbe Monastery, Sighnaghi a city of love, Winery. Khinkali master class.. And the tour to Khor Virap Monastery, Tatev Monastery (ride on Wings of Tatev Ropeway). First of all: all the drivers of Hyur Service are amazing. .We want to thank all the tour guides especial to our tour guide in our trip to Georgia and Tatev Monastery tour, very informative guide, Great job! Brilliant lunch with wine tasting. The bus was very comfortable , had AC WIFI! . Fantastic way of enjoying Armenian rich heritage and getting to know the history from BC days to current Armenia. Highly recommend this tour company. It was a fantastic trip thanks to their professional tour guides.

On trips like that it is very important about the guide and their energy, we were so lucky to get Sam, he was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also seemed like he likes his job with is a big 10/10, he spoke perfect English which was really helpful and also helped us not to get scammed with prices.
