This is an extremely long tour 13-14hrs and grateful for the lovely weather. It is a very well organised tour. The driver, Ashot did an amazing job manoeuvring through road construction, otherwise it was a smooth ride. The guide, Karen did an amazing job at explaining everything bi-lingual English/Russian and we learnt so much about the places we visited and about Armenia along the way. Sufficient time at each place, clean and nice pit stop areas on the way to and from the sites and lovely lunch. Free refrigerated water, a morning tea snack offered and free wi-fi in the van. Karen had an amazing singing voice in the monasteries and he was very kind and accommodating to helping and answering questions or taking pictures. All the explaining is done on the way to the places so the 4 hour drive back to Yerevan is calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this tour for the historical sites of Armenia considering the wars and earthquakes that have hit the region; and recommended especially if Ashot and Karen are the driver and your guide. The young ladies in the office are very kind too. I liked that this company allows you to take the pamphlet and leave you to make your own choice about which tour but happy to help book or answer questions.

What a great experience! My trip to Armenia was a last minute trip with no time to research where to go. Highly recommended by family and friends, Hyur Service has done the research for us. With a variety of daily trips, we were able to customize our week and make the most of our time by getting to see the sites important to us. With our expert driver Haig handling the terrain and knowledgeable guide Karen providing background/current information for all the sites and highlights along the way, we were left in awe. — added bonus, Karen sang a hymn for us in the churches.

Z-P caves and the mountains in the area were spectacular. Having lunch at the restaurant looking down the mountains was so delightful that I thought I was in paradise. Karen and the driver were top notch.

We have been to Armenia before and had a great experience with Hyur Tours. But this time wanted to see sights that we hadn't been to before. FIrst of all,our guide Monica was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable of course. But was helpful and considerate with the broad group of tourists who spoke many different languages. She enabled us to stay at each sight with just the right amount of time without it seeming excessive or too short. All of the sights were absolutely worth seeing, except maybe the caves. But they were at our lunch site so only took 10 minutes or so to see. Lunch by the way was wonderful.Traditional Armenian cuisine, fresh ingredients, thoughtfully served and prepared. Our driver was also amazing. He drove safely yet quickly. In fact returned us to Yerevan a bit earlier than expected. Would highly recommend Hyur and particularly this tour for anyone who hasn't seen the more typical sites in Armenia.

Haghpat and Sanahin ooze emotion and status - important sites for hundreds of years. Both in spectacular locations. Artistry, story telling, beauty.

I am really impressed with this tour and the main reason is that you are really given enough time to explore, make photos and walk around each and every place. This really makes a difference! All 3 monasteries visited are worth seeing, combined with a beautiful landscape. Really recommend the tour (the tour guide as well, Sunny did a great job)

Fantastic tour, our tour Gayane was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us a lot about Armenian history. I especially liked the Zarni-Parni stop as it was really beautiful and picturesque place. Also, the whole tour was very well organised and honestly I think it's a bargain considering the amount of sites we've visited. I highly recommend this excursion if you're looking for things to do in Yerevan!

Very beautiful tour to amazing places with breathtaking views. Love this part of Armenia so much, the scenery is incredible. I wish I could “eat” with my eyes and take photos with my brain, cause photos taken with camera can’t explain ans show the real beauty of Armenia. Big Thanks to our amazing tour guide Karen, who once again fed our brains with interesting information, sang to us in monastery. Thanks to our driver Iosef (hopefully, that’s the right way to spell it) to get us safely to our destinations, very professional driving skills. Hyur Service, Thank You for making this happen, it makes exploring Armenia so easy and enjoyable. This was our 9th and definitely not the last tour with you.

The tour given by arev and sunny was in one word: amazing! Arev has a gentle and caring spirit and her knowledge and pride in armenia is something to treasure and cherish. She took so many pictures with us, as well as special concern to answer our questions on the similarities between india and Armenia. I would recommend her as a guide when you visit armenia!

We really enjoyed the trip. The scenary was breathtaking. The trip was exceptional. Our guide, Hasmik, was very friendly and gave us interesting facts. Our driver, Ashot, did his job professionally.

The views were stunning and the churches spiritual and historically fascinating. The guide Arev (Sunny in English) was kind, available to everyone and proved to be a competent guide. She also entertained the group with a traditional Armenian song that she sang beautifully!!! The driver Garry was also very good. I strongly recommend this trip

Hyur Service has been lovely!!! Thank you to our guide, Karen, for showing us a very interesting secret spot at Aramyants castle! Akhtala monastery was my favourite spot, haven't seen painted walls in a church like that in Armenia elsewhere.

The entire trip, from booking the tour to departure, the guide and driver and the locations were excellent. I enjoyed the lunch and had a very nice time. I have booked three tours with Hyur and have enjoyed all three of them. Thank you!

The tour was a great way to see the North of Armenia. Interesting world heritage spots combined with hidden gems of the area. The highlight was our singing tour guide Arev or also called Sunny. She had a positive attitude, included facts about Armenian culture as well as folklore songs sung by herself. Joseph our driver did manage this long tour and drove safely. Unfortunately the food wasn’t my favorite. The pork meat was chewy and also the vegetarian option didn’t taste that good. But all in all the day was a great experience and definitely worth the money.

Did a group tour to Lori province with Hyur service and I really had an amazing time. Our guide Karen Khatchatryan is very knowledgeable and transfered to us all the information in both English and Russian in excellent clarity. Our driver Garik did an amazing job driving through the roads of northern Armenia which aren't always in good condition. Thank you Hyur Service for an unforgettable day!!

A great mix of monasteries, ruins and wonderful mountain views. A long day tour that was well worth it and our guide was excellent as well.
