First the rafting and limestone was incredible. What they don’t tell you is that you have to take a 1 hour bus ride to sandy beach to just sign a waiver and get a wrist band for the bamboo rafting. Than within a few minutes you get back on the bus back towards Montego Bay for 45 minuets to do the excursion. They should have a better process. It was over 5 hours even though we were told 3 hours and a 15-20 minutes bus ride. The bamboo rafting was an amazing experience. The captains of the raft were all wonderful. Curtis was our captain. He was one of the senior captains and we loved him. He was informative and relaxing. You can buy limestone on the raft from the captain and no where else. The water was cool and very clear it was not deep in April. Try the Jamaican Patty at the beginning of your tour. You don’t go back to the same start of the tour. . A lot of the younger ppl had more of a party on the raft. They tell you that you can’t pick your captain but we got lucky with him. Please make the process easier. Maybe have a representative come on the bus to the resorts to fill out the waivers. The bus ride was way too exhausting and extreme.

I needed to cancel my trip because of time conflict. But from the moment I met Oshane. I knew we would not regret going. I’m glad we did!! Not only was the river raft fun. Oshane made it amazing experience. He said we were home. I felt like I was better than at home. Yea Mon Solid✊🏾

Oshane driver was outstanding. Great knowledge of key landmarks during the drive up and back from the Bamboo River rafting. Oshane made the most roughest streets In Jamaica (huge pot holes) as pleasant and he could. Very safe driver and obeyed all the traffic’s laws. Not like some of the other driver we had this past week! LOL Toto our bamboo Captain was amazing! Wifey had some challenges due to prior foot surgery. He was very attentive and patient getting her on and off the raft safely. He also took a bunch of pictures for us. Toto was extremely funny, knowledgeable about Jamaica history and knew damn near everyone on the water. Great guy and we really had a fantastic time! This was a very relaxing tour! Overall rating on scale of 10 is a 15! A must do trip!!!

We had an amazing time! Our driver Oshane was phenomenal! We also had the pleasure of riding through the river with Toto! Both staff members took great care of us! Book this amazing experience! You won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful experience !!! The ride from the resort to the river was great !!! The bamboo rafting was amazing and something everyone should experience while in Jamaica. Overall this experience a 100/10 !!!! I will do this again !!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time and experience with our driver Oshea or is it Oshean (I'm sorry if i pronounced it wrong) dropping us off walking and waiting on us patiently. I will definitely book again with Viator we Loved it!!!

Our driver a cool Rasta Mon name was Oshane try to get him as your driver,he wasn't just a driver he showed us some history and great locations my wife can take pics of the beautiful island Oshane had his music going and the jokes coming he was a cool young bredda. The water draft limestone great experience Jamari a cool young bredda also!! He massage my wifes legs and got me a female to massage mine Ms.Sherly she did her thing 😎 One love Respect✊🏼

Oshane was our driver to and from and he was nothing short of amazing! We was lit the entire ride. Demari was our host on the bamboo krafting! So much fun. These guys made the entire excursion worth while! Will be back 10 outta 10!

My experience was amazing. From beginning to end!! My driver Oshay was awesome and my guide Toto was a while vibe!! Definitely recommend this if you visit Montego Bay!

100% recommend that you take on this activity while visiting Montego Bay. The views are beautifullll! Cameras alone cannot capture. You must go see for yourself. And when you do go make sure to book with Smiley (Jeff). He made sure our ride was very safe & comfortable. And even helped cut up some fruit for us. Super fun & friendly guy! The limestone massage was also so worth it. There is a clear considerable difference of long lasting glow and moisture afterwards. You have the choice of play music during your ride or listening to the nature instead. You don’t want to miss out!

Oshane is the man I highly recommend that you get him as a driver ,the ride was beautiful and he made us feel safe and comfortable

The driver was very professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. During pickup, he called me because my AirBnB was not showing up on GPS correctly (he was about the third driver to tell us this unfortunately). He had me share my location with him on WhatsApp, which worked! On the ride there and on the way back, the driver (who is the owner of the company) made sure to get to know us and made lots of friendly small talk about Jamaican music and life here on the island. He then escorted us to our raft guide. Our raft guide generously shared some of his fruits with us. He said he uses tips from previous guests to purchase fruits for current guests (we made sure to tip him to pay it forward). He purchased from the fruit vendor on the river: 2 kinds of mangos, a Jamaican apple, and a coconut. All in all, it was a fun ride for an hour. It was fun to see other raft guides and other guests dancing and having a good time. I saw a lady recording herself eating a mango on the raft lol. We were the 9 AM shift, and the river was not busy at the time, but after we left, we saw vans of people coming in after us. It was a good time!

Excellent driver. Great service and enjoyable ride. He took us to the river and wait for us until we finish. Took pictures of us . Told us to put the music we like.

O’Shane was a great tour guide for us. Very engaging and teaching us the history of Jamaica. Told us some nice spots outside the resorts to visit. Very respectful and played a lot of reggae music on our way there. My friend and I loved him and his accommodation. Respect!!! Now Kini was also great! He made sure we were comfortable on the rafting and made sure he had the right angles when taking our pictures lol. Any requests we had he made sure it was done. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Mostly he was very patient with us which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have a gotten a better rafter! Respect!! If you’re thinking about this tour, book it. You won’t regret it.

The tour guide- driver, O'Shay was very nice, respectful and personable. He also gave a mini tour of the city ahead of the excursion. Jamari, the tour guide of the Great River Bamboo Rafting excursion was also very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend both individuals as guides. They were GREAT!!!!
