Well organized and schedule perfect timing for the month of April , the driver, tour guide etc are good

We had the most fantastic time on this excursion! The bus was a little late for pick up because there was an accident on the road but after that it was smooth sailing! The bus was clean, comfortable and we had the best time! A must do when visiting Vegas if you have the time!

The views were absolutely gorgeous we had a great time with our driver Dwayne. He was very informative. We also did the Hoover dam tour

Amazing trip to the west rim of the Grand Canyon. Hoover Dam was a bit windy when we stopped. Beautiful views. We would definitely go again

Bus broke down 3 times. Even though they knew it was having issues before our 4 hour break, they chose not to send another bus instead limping back where it broke the third time. They will not refund you despite the issues on their side.

Our awesome tour guide, Wayne, made this day exceptional! We learned so much from him and he is really passionate about what he does. He truly cared about all members of the tour group and gave us excellent directions/recommendations to make the most out of our time. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it so much! Highly recommend!

The entire tour was enjoyable and interesting. Eagle Point was my favorite site. The driver/guide, Derek, was very knowledgeable and quite entertaining. The only problem we had (party of 4) is we were left at our pickup location and had to get an Uber to meet the bus st the last pickup. When the driver was asked why did he leave us, because we were not late, he stated that after the first 2 people got on, he called and asked if he could leave us and was told yes that was OK. The experience made up for the inconvenience, but I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else in the future

Not enough time for this trip ,did not have time to eat spent 90min quing at the skywalk rushed around the other stop to get back in time for the helicopter ride

We had an exceptional time. We were a group of seven, with one in a wheelchair. Our driver, Duane, was very helpful, as well as informative. He went out of his way helping us in and out of the bus with our handicapped niece. Plus, we were delayed several times due to the tardiness of our passengers. He made that up to us by giving a great tour of Hoover Dam, which was a definite plus in my book. We had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed seeing the Hoover Dam from the Memorial Bridge. Our trip only included a short stop. We stopped at a clean gas station for Subway sub and snacks. The poverty through the reservation was shocking and sad. The Grand Canyon was awesome. The park area is not well developed so you are on your own to figure out what to do. We missed two of the three attractions just because we were unaware. Well worth having someone else to take care of the 4+ hours of driving. We were on a motor coach with about 50 others. Michael was a good driver and narrated the drive. We arrived back at the pick up spot without incident.

Had a great time with Duane, our driver. He went above and beyond to entertain us and to keep us safe. He took us to many more stops than we originally thought we’d visit.

The tour was excellent beautiful scenery the people of the at The Grand Canyon had great hospitality delicious food. The views were spectacular and outstanding.

I loved experiencing this trip with my 92-year-old mother, and our driver was excellent and very funny

Doing the Skywalk was the best! Bus was not the most comfortable, lots of vibrations and intercom was not working well. No vouchers were given for breakfast as printed, lunch was very delicious at Skywalk Cafe. Chris the driver was very nice.

Had a great experience with Grayline tours! Tour guide Duane was great, kept us well entertained with his great sense of humour and great knowledge of Arizona, definitely recommend!

This was a great trip. Duane was a fantastic driver. He was so full of knowledge about the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. We even took a small detour on the way back through Boulder City and he showed us some sites. Very highly recommend.
