We spent 2 days on the Golden Circle and then the South Coast tours with our guide Thomas and what a fantastic 2 days it was! The Mercedes sprinter minibus is perfect for seeing this wonderful country and we were in very small groups ...nearly a private tour! Thomas went above and beyond, giving us a real insight into each and every place we visited. He made it a fantastic experience and he welcomed us back on day 2 like we were old friends! His hospitality was second to none! Thank you Back to Iceland!

We did 3 small group minibus tours with Back to Iceland--Golden Circle, South Coast, and West Coast. We were on a bus that sat 13, but never had more than 8 passengers on any day, so there was lots of extra space for all of our stuff. The bus was clean and comfortable, and equipped with USB plugs and wifi. Anton was a wonderful driver and guide. He was super thoughtful and brought ponchos for the rain or waterfall mist, as well as crampons for the icy walks. Each day he made sure to make stops for coffee, snacks, and bathroom breaks. He made tasty food recommendations as well. You can't go wrong with Back to Iceland.

Amazing service received. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. The vehicle provided was very clean with wifi. Highly recommend using back to Iceland for and tours or transfers.

The trip was truly amazing! We were able to cover all the sights mentioned in the itinerary plus an ice cream factory in a cow farm. Antanas was a really helpful guide and careful driver, he told us many interesting stories about Iceland and the places he took us. We really made the most out of our day. Would definitely do another trip with Back to Iceland when we return to Iceland!

Our tour guide Eric (Sorry can't pronounce his real name) was amazing! Very nice and kept us engaged. Loved hearing about local life and the history of Iceland while driving stop to stop.

We took 3 tours with this company: Reykjanes Peninsula Tour, Golden Circle Tour and the South Coast Tour. All of the tour guides were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and timely. Some of the most notable sites were the waterfalls, Puffins and Geysers. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this company to anyone visiting Iceland.

The trip was what we expected. Our tour guide was fun and also entertaining. He was knowledgeable with the area and able to accommodate anything from the patrons. We happen to go on a day where there were many tourists from the cruise ships and we were prepared for that at the places we went. Very busy and crowded which something we couldn't control as these places were the normal "gotta see" places of Iceland. We were given ample time at each spots and didn't feel rushed. If you wish to spend more than an hour at these places, I suggest doing so with your own rental car. There were other patrons so there should be an expectation that the whole group needs to be accommodating to the whole situation so just remember on these tours, its not JUST YOU. You have to give and take all the time. We were also lucky to have nice blue sky weather for pictures.

The stops along the tour route we’re nice and the driver was ok. The viewing windows were small. I sat in the back with minimal views while riding from stop to stop. It was advertised that Wi-Fi would be available; it wasn’t.

We took 3 tours with BTI and all were incredible. We saw a tomato greenhouse operation, ate tomatoe soup, ate ice cream with cows, walked up to and behind magnificent waterfalls, stopped to take pictures of sheep, walked on black sand beaches, and posed to take pictures with an excellent photographer, Tomas. Antonus was also an excellent guide for a few of our trips. We took the Reykjavik and the Circle tour and then the South coast. And the PUFFINS! Oh my! Nothing but astounding experiences. There aren’t enough stars to give this wonderful tour company. You’ll leave infected with BTI disease as Antonus promises, because you’ll know you have to go back to Iceland! I highly recommend this company. T JJ et we’re an add-on to a cruise and could have been the entire trip for all they showed us. I left knowing and loving so much about the Icelandic people, language, history, culture and landscape.

The most impressive segment of the tour was the water falls and the geisers. The segment that really suprised us was the visit to the hydroponic tomatoe farm/restaurant. The cherry tomatoes are sweet as candy.

All the stops were very memorable and wothwhile. Excellent small group tour! The guide was very informative.

Our flights were delayed because of weather and these people were wonderful. We had to change the start time of the tour four times and they worked with us without a complaint. BTI has a set tour for the Golden Circle. We started with a wonderful bakery where you can look through plexiglass in the floor and see the two tectonic plates. Then on to the waterfalls and the geysers. We hiked the rim of a collapsed volcano, ate ice cream while the cows on the farm watched us, and had tomato ice cream and a tomato latte. Wonderful tour. I've come to Iceland three times and I always use BTI.

We had a lovely time touring the Golden Circle on one day with BSI, Antonus, and on another day we did the South Coast, again with Antonus. Both tours were very good, Antonus’ knowledge of the areas is excellent and he is very entertaining to listen to. Antonus was happy to go with the group’s timing and didn’t not rush us. I would highly recommend Back to Iceland.

We did see places we wanted to see. Then we proceeded to see additional locations. We went over the time give on the information page as for timeline. We scheduled this tour because we arrived to early for check in to our hotel. Needless to say, we were exhausted to start with, and that was our fault. We should have never scheduled this tour. The driver/tour guide was thrilled that someone else on the tour spoke Russian. So he proceeded to speak Russian a lot. From experience, we appreciate guides that are from the country we are visiting. We find they are proud of their country and you can tell by their guidance. The van temperature was not consistent and got very warm at times.

We did the Golden Circle, South coast tour, and airport transfer to/from Reykjavik with Blue Lagoon stop over. We chose this company since they were highly rated, and we are so glad we did! Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area, told us interesting facts we about Iceland along the way, he was very flexible and accomodatibg to our group, every stop was more beautiful than the last, I just wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the second time we've done this tour with Back to Iceland, irts time was in January 23 and now in June 23. Why twice? well the first tour was so good :) seriously we enjoyed the tour in winter so much , we had to come back to see everything again in summer. Our guide Antanas, was very courteous and knowledgeable and th emini bus very comfy! What is great about B2I is that you're not on a big 56 seater coach with a ridgid timetable, instead you're on a mini bus with a very flexible guide. The Golden Circle is a must for all visitors to Iceland and the addition of visiting Keria makes it even more enjoyable!

Anton was waiting with a sign as we stepped into the cruise terminal even though the ship docked late. Turned out we were the only ones on the Golden Circle Tour and got a private tour. His information was always interesting, and we were allowed to take our time at each stop. He tipped us off on the lamb soup which we wouldn't have known to try. Finally, he dropped us off at the Hallgrimskirkja so we didn't need to catch a port shuttle to town. We definitely got much better value than those who joined the ship's Golden Circle tour.

All the stops were amazing with great guidance from Krist, our tour guide! It was an all day trip, which was filled with information and stops to view the beautiful Golden Circle.
