Do not travel here if you suffer from claustrophobia or have a fear of heights. The cable car takes about half an hour and goes up very, very high into the mountains. It is not made clear that this is the case so if you do have a fear of heights I would not advise doing this whatsoever.

Wow what can I say other than amazing. Andy and his team did a magnificent job at showing us around Vietnam and some of the beautiful places it had to offer. If there is one thing I can say is I guarantee there will be a return trip next year and yes, I will be in contact with Andy for another tour of the sites. My favourite was most definitely the gold hand bridge.

Beautiful, just like the photos! Can be a little crowded but generally manageable. Would love to ho back here again some time.

The main reason I gave this tour a high rating is because of Hung (Hero). He was a fantastic tour guide who went above and beyond for us on the day. We got picked up at 6:30am and were on the road to the Ba Na Hills. He immediately started giving us info about the area and the location we would be arriving at. And that level of professionalism didn't stop all day. While the Sun World Theme park was ok, Hung and his attention to us was what made the tour great. Through our own ignorance, we chose this tour not realizing that we were going to a theme park, so we were mostly interested in going on the golden bridge and taking photos from the beautiful view there. And after that, we breezed through the park, but Hung was fine with that (while also knowing all the great photos spots) - he and the driver got us back to Da Nang and while he could have dropped us off at our hotel, he took us to get some insense at the local market, took us for a delicious local lunch, and then we went and had some amazing salted coffee (you gotta try that). Do the tour if you like theme parks, but make sure you ask for Hung. The guy was awesome!!

Good place, this is the first time we came here, evey thing so nice, We have to say raise up that is paradise, can see evey thing from there, overall of da nang ctity, we spent 4 hours at there, i think its good for us and for small group, there are some restaurant for alacarte meal, you can chose its in stead of buffet.

Amazing experience, so glad we went early. Even though it was misty it made for great photos. We stopped at the bridge again on the way down & while it was packed with people by then, we did get some clear shots. Having a guide made it quick, seamless & he knew the best viewing spots. This is more than just a bridge, the experience at the top feels like a contradiction to what I thought the experience would be but as you'll see it works. Def worth a visit.

Andy tran tour's was fantastic. from the start any questions I had Andy was quick to respond.our guide . Ms Chang was English speaking and excellent tour guide couldn't have asked for better .good safe driver and luxury car with Aircon .was picked up from hotel on time .the best part was everything really a must trip to do it was amazing day we loved every minute . nothing was to much trouble and ms Chang took lots of pics for us .thank you Andy and team for a memorable day x

Great, punctual and friendly service. Very informative and excellent guide Mr Tuan. Knows the best spots for photos! Recommend going early, private car/tour to beat the crowds. Superb authentic lunch afterwards at local ‘off the beaten track’ restaurant . Good, sensible driver too.

The view was amazing. We took lots of photos and had wonderful experience. but i think the food and drink here were a little expensive.

We organised a tour for our company group through Andy and it went without a hitch. He was in constant contact and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Kong was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable and kept things interesting throughout the whole tour. We arranged lunch outside BaNa Hills and went to Madame Lan Restaurant (which was great) before heading back to our hotel. Overall we were very impressed from start to finish and would definitely recommend booking with Andy/Kong as you'll have a great day out and see some amazing sights!

Thanks to Andy and team for arranging this trip with an amazing and friendly and experienced guide Mr. Kong. Mr. Kong took care of us from starting from our hotel La Siesta till we get dropped. He synced the trip in a very organised way and gave us time wherever required. In between he looked after my daughter as she wanted to play some video games and encouraged us to go to few places where children aren’t allowed due to safety concerned. Thanks to Mr. Kong. The place is magical. We were quite concerned about the weather and it was foggy and occasional drizzle. However we enjoyed the time as if that weather compliments the place.

We wanted to leave for Ba Na hill’s early to beat the crowd . We discussed the timing with the team and Mr Kong arrived perfectly on time . We were the first couple to step into the cable cars and experience the golden bridge amongst other places within the area , Mr Kong is a very good guide and paced the whole trip very well . Would definitely recommend this if you want to make the most out of visiting Ba Na hills.

This was a great trip! We were collected on time, tour guide was very informative, driver was good. We were at Ba Na Hills for opening of chair lift and saw everything without the crowds or heat. Would recommend the early morning to anyone. Included lunch was very nice in pleasant surroundings.

We hired a driver for the day to do the trip from Hoi An. The six kilometre cable car ride and the Golden Bridge were the focus of our trip so we didn't attempt to cover the whole complex. Even with it being a cloudy day and at times a total white out on the ride we found it an amazing experience and a beautifully presented complex.

Andy and his team were absolutely amazing with this tour. It was absolutely spectacular. We learnt so much history about this place. We had our own private tour and car and afterwards we were taken to this amazing little family restaurant which had delicious food. We also have 3 young kids and went early in the morning to avoid the crowds and heat as suggested by Andy so the kids weren’t too exhausted. Thank you so much Andy. We will be back with you again when we visit Vietnam next time.

Everything was on time, but I felt it was overpriced for what it was. The tour said it was from 6:30am until 1-1:30pm but at around 10:40am we were ready to come back. Our tour guide was basically a personal photographer (took amazing photos) but was not fluent in english at all. Really hard to communicate with him.

It was a magnificent experience! First of all, we were first to get into the cable cars! The golden bridge was still empty in all its glory! Andy made many cool pictures of me (once again, thank you!!!) and told me many interesting facts about the place. This is my sincerest recommendation, get this excursion booked, it's a must! Ah, and the food! The lunch was DELICIOUS 😋

We had a lovely time, great tour. Kong was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable and very easy to chat to. We learnt a lot about life and Vietnamese culture. Everything went so smoothly, highly recommend!
