Very prompt pick up, our guide Paul was lovely and very knowledgeable. The cable car trip is amazing

Paul was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the entire area. One recommendation is to check the transportation size if you are tall.

Viator has always provided us with high quality touring experiences but that was not the case with the Golden Bridge tour. The description of the tour did not clearly state that the golden bridge is nothing more than a man made tourist site packed shoulder to shoulder with people and no opportunity for pictures. Our guide didn’t stay with us or explain anything, just pointed us in the right direction. He did say we could come back later when it was less crowded but then he left and turned us over to someone else. The buffet had over 1000 people in the room making it impossible to get to the food. If you feel you must see the Golden Bridge, hire a private car, go early or late to avoid the crowds, visit the flower gardens and eat the delicious street food offered throughout the park. Sunworld is not worth seeing but the cable card ride to the bridge is beautiful. Several other people on the tour were also disappointed

Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable on the tour and Paul knew when it was a good time to see the bridge and when to have lunch. However we went to Ba Na Hills on Independence Day which is huge for the Vietnamese community that resulted in a crowded and congested experience. There were a mixture of locals and tourists there and we couldn’t really get good photo of the bridge. I would not recommend coming here on a public holiday in Vietnam but overall I finally got to see the famous and iconic hands 🙌

Our guide Turtle was just amazing. He totally made our day. We didn’t do the buffet lunch option and we were so glad we didn’t as there were such great options once up at Sun World. Can’t recommend this tour and Turtle highly enough.

Our guide Van was great! Sunworld was a very good surprise once we were going there just because of the Golden Bridge but that place in the mountain is something wonderful. A ‘must visit’ in Vietname. Recommended!

Tour guide was walking very fast and the group could not keep up. She was just walking in circles around Ba Ana Hills and providing little to no information. We decided to leave the tour early and get our own taxi back to Hoi An. Would not recommend this tour.

Driver arrived 30 minutes late. But they did call ahead after Wed got up and ready. Unfortunately on day we went there was bad weather and clouds so rides were closed and views poor. No reduction and no refund

The day at Ba Na Hill was alright, The Tour bus was at our hotel 15 minutes prior to the time frame we were told meaning we were rushed to depart. The Bus was a comfortable medium sized bus which took around an hour from pick up to arrive at Sunworld Ba Na Hills. During the trip the guide collected the entry fee of 750k VND this brought about some confusion due to the poorly written description regarding what was included and excluded. We did not include the buffet lunch which was an extra 225k per person. and Glad we didn't. Other than a brief history of the area on the bus ride, it was really just a shuttle transfer. You could do everything at the mountain on your own. The transport back was Very Frustrating! took a lengthy detour to drop off the tour guide. just outside of Hoi An we had to swap to a small van to drop us back at our hotel. All in all would not recommend this tour. But the mountain and cable car were quite good.

Trip to Bana Hills was fine. The cable cars and the bridge were amazing and our guide (Van) was sweet and brought us all safe to the top of the mountain. But after we had finished exploring Bana Hills the trip back to hoi an was absolutely chaotic and horrendous. Not completely the guide's fault because some of the tour-guest kept ignoring his info-speeches. The group ended up being completely separated on the way to the bus and one couple refused to take the bus they had been appointed to which messed up the plans of driver and tour guide. The English speaking tour guide left the bus half of the way and left us with then non-english speaking driver. In the end the bus took a major detour (for said couple) and ended up stopping at several hotels/destinations that none of the guests on the bus were staying at. We arrived over an hour late in hoi an and the whole trip back there was no air conditioning which made the drive far worse.

Very good tour. Our guide from Venus Tours was good and knowledgeable and looked after us. Unfortunately the views were hindered by low cloud but we saw the Golden Bridge and hands. The garden, Buddha French village and had a nice lunch. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Spent the day with my 11 year old son. Bus on time from Hoi An. More of a transfer than a tour but it was helpful having tour guide to get our cable car tickets etc and direct us where we needed to go. Very crowded up top of hill but still manageable. Wanted to do roller coaster ride but lines too long. Fantasy park was pretty lame. Bridge itself and cable car are excellent. Remake of French village good. Views are incredible. Worth the tour for this.

The location was great, lots to see but the tour guide (“Mr No”) needs further training. This is less of a tour and more transport to the hills. The tour group lost several members as we moved along, which is expected at such a busy location. However, No did not meet them at the allocated time and carried on without them. The buffet lunch is not worth paying for - there are HUGE numbers of food outlets to choose from. You need more than the allocated 2 hours for exploring Fantasy World.

Great day out...the show was amazing...our guide great....spectacular views and the little village amazing.

Booked through Viator and Tour was done through Simple Vietnam Tours. Mr Turtle and Mr Tom were great guides. As we had a big tour group they split us into two groups. Which I think was a fantastic idea. We arrived at the base of Ba Na Hills where we used the facilities whilst our tickets were purchased. We took the cable car up to Sun World were we had free time to look at all the attractions surrounding the bridge which included a flower garden, wine cellar, and a religious statue. I then walked the bridge. Amazing. Pictures just don’t do it justice. We had lunch which was a buffet lunch. I am writing this review the day after to ensure I had no issues with my gut. All good. Including lunch we had two and half hours of free time to wander around Sun World. I wasn’t a particular fan of it but would be great for kids

We had a great tour guide Mr No who looked after us really well. Long lines for cable car but once on there was wonderful views. You reached the 1st level and there is gardens/big Buddha / bridge / wine cellar and lots of food stalls. You take a 2nd cable car up to the top where you will see lots of restaurants/ church/rollercoaster around the top of the mountain. It's quirky but a fun day out. Downside... overcrowded/ very long lines for cable cars/ extremely noisy and construction work still going on on top level with drills/ electric saws and hammering.

Our day stared with a prompt pickup from our Hoi An hotel. Our tour group was a good size of 19 people from all different countries. Tuan was our tour guide and gave us great information on our drive. When we arrived at the Golden Bridge location he quickly organised our tickets and led us to the funicular. Oh my god what a stunning ride up the hills. The views were stunning. At the top we walked along the Golden Bridge. It is an amazing construction with spectacular views. Biggest issue is the crowds of aggressive tourists. We the spent time roaming through the beautiful gardens, viewing the massive Buddha and French wine cellar. We then got on another funicular and headed to the top of the hills. The recreation of the French town is amazing and the temple and pagoda are very beautiful. Fantastic to see Buddhists praying at these. The rest of the area is full of restaurants and rides. Our return down from the top was an incredible experience. Views spectacular with even a waterfall to see. Throughout the tour Tuan gave us enough time to view each area and answered all questions asked. He was friendly and very helpful. Thanks Tuan. Great trip.

wow what a tour - the golden bridge is amazing - its very crowded, so good luck getting a decent photo? the hidden gem on this tour is the french village on the top of the Hill - its so big the Mecure hotel chain has 2 hotels up there - it would be a great experience to stay the night - our guide was excellent & got us through the crowds with ease.

Wunderschöner Ausflug den jeder erleben sollte.Alles war gut organisiert und der Guide freundlich. Nicht nur die goldene Brücke sondern auch den Blumengarten mit 1,5 Millionen Tulpen muss man gesehen haben.

La montée en téléphérique est magnifique. Le site est très bien organisé. C’est assez touchant pour nous français de découvrir cette reconstitution d’un village français des années 60 vue par la lorgnette vietnamienne. Le tout sur des chansons françaises de notre enfance. C’est une visite improbable mais j’ai passé une bonne journée très dépaysante.
