This was my first time paddle boarding and it was the perfect place to give it a go. The sea is extremely calm as it is but then you also get to experience the river which is even calmer. The guides were amazing and really took their time, they got all of us standing by the end of the tour which just topped off the experience. Would highly recommend!

First time doing SUP. Guide was extremely patient despite me being super slow. It's much comfortable and not as scary as I imagined to be. The lights glowing below the paddleboards are the highlight!

This tour was an absolute blast!! Our tour guides Roco and Peter were super friendly, encouraging, and patient. They provided tons of helpful guidance, took great photos, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group all had a blast! One thing I especially loved was how they calibrated their instructions to suit people of all familiarity levels. No prior SUP experience needed — some friends we made on the tour had never been stand-up paddle boarding before, but with Roco and Peter's encouragement and clear instructions they were soon on their feet, having a blast! And while I already have 1+ years of SUP experience, I still learned a lot of new tips and tricks from our instructors as well. Absolutely brilliant! I had never tried paddle boarding before, and the team gave clear instructions and provided lots of help and assistance to get everyone started. There was a mix of age groups - mainly groups of friend and couples. The experience was just amazing. Paddling along under a (nearly) full moon in the calmness of the night and with the glowing boards was one of the highlights of our trip. None of our group fell in, but the water is so shallow that even if you do, you can immediately stand up. The team are helpful and knowledgeable - no one in the group was left behind and everyone got the hang of it pretty quickly. Here's a few things I wondered about before we went that might help others with the same questions: What to wear: whilst we took water shoes we didn't need them. There is a small rocky section at the start before you get on the board, but bare feet would have been fine. It was around 25 deg C when we went and most of our group were in swimming wear. However you could wear anything you like if you prefer shorts and t-shirt or you want to cover up to avoid mosquito bites. Your legs will get wet when you get on the board, so full length trousers would probably be a bad idea. What do I do with my stuff whilst on the water: They have a lockable cupboard that they put all your bags in. We had spent a full day in split beforehand and so had our backpacks with us. This was fine and all our belongings were kept safe. Can I take photos?: You could take a waterproof pouch to put your phone in, but the instructors take lots of photos (both action shots and individual o) that are shared to your registration email a few days after the experience, so you don't need to take photos or risk getting your phone wet. Are there toilets/somewhere to change?: There are Toilets and changing facilities at the storbec campsite, where you will set off from. We dashed around before going to the meeting spot trying to find a toilet and it turned out we didn't need to panic. There's time provided for people to change into swim kit (if you want to) and use the toilets. Any other recommendations: They warn you to take mosquito spray. I would also recommend this. We didn't get bitten at all, but we had applied spray beforehand. If you want an unforgettable experience for a reasonable price this is the one to go for. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! A brilliant experience I fell in but that was expected and the water was lovely and warm. The guy with us was extremely friendly and patient and keen to chat to everyone there. It was the first time I had done any paddle boarding but that didn’t matter we were shown what to do and the route we took was perfectly safe.

We had a great time paddle boarding at sunset! I had been a few times at a lake, but never in the ocean; my husband was a beginner and we both did fine. The water was pretty calm and it felt great out. The sunset was gorgeous and everyone in the group seemed to have a fun time! The instructors are patient and gave basic direction on what to do. The water isn’t very deep (in most parts you can stand if you were to fall off, though no one did and we have like 12 people in our group). I would recommend!

Our guide lead us during a nice tour in the dark to see the city lights and have fun with our paddleboards with LEDS. We had fun all along with the group! Everybody was well included. I would for sure recommand to do it! One of the best paddleboard ride of my life.

I’m giving it a five star even tho we could not go due to family issues and had to fly home. We also got our dates mixed up and I have to say they were so attentive and offered us other dates . The communication between us and the guides was very open and quick. We hope to get to do this again ❤️

Me and my girlfriend went it was a great experience, great views, see split in a different way, easy to get the hang of and would recommend to anyone who goes to split.

Wow, what a fantastic experience, I would do it again in a heartbeat!! The tour guides were so friendly and the tour itself was so fun. When I go back to Split, this will be the first thing I re-book!!

Our guides were friendly and helpful. We had a last minute change of pick up point and it was communicated well. A minibus took us to the campsite where we were given a brief on how to use the paddle safely. This was my first time SUP’ing, so I was a little apprehensive as I’m not a strong swimmer but the guide reassured me. You don’t have to stand if you don’t feel comfortable with it, you can also sit. We were taken on a lovely tour across the sea and down the river as the sun was setting. Then, returning to the sea, where we took a rest period to swim if we wanted to. The sea was very warm and the moon and the stars looked absolutely beautiful! Upon returning to collect our belongings, we were greeted with a complimentary shot of cherry liqueur… very tasty! This was my favourite activity of our holiday. My partner also enjoyed it very much.

Vito and his friends were very welcoming and did a great job keeping the group upbeat. The wind made it harder to paddle out in the open sea but they were really nice to spend time with. Would recommend for couples/friends and for those who like to be out on the sea!
