Listening to the knowledge that Alan had on the history! Alan enjoys his job and you can tell! I loved hearing about the flood of 1900! Also enjoyed hearing about the red light district.

Nice. Jay was a great guide. Enjoyed getting to know the pubs on the strand and some of their specialty drinks. Heard some history I wasn’t aware of though I have been in the houston area for years.

The tour guide was up front and did not turn around when he was giving us the information so you could not hear the ghost stories. We also went to a pub were there were locals that were very rude to the tour group and the owner of the pub did not stop them. I expected more. We heard the most from the owner at the pub Press Box about the haunted town and pubs than the quite.

Excellent story telling. Good drink suggestions for each bar. Extra history thrown in to the mix. A lot of walking involved; saw parts of Galveston that I have never seen before.

Had a great tour on a very windy and cold evening. Our tour guide, Jay, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable.

Total crap. Don’t waste your money. Embarrassing to say we did this. The stories are bogus and the guide knew it. We- all of us- laughed at the stories and guide.

It was ok but a little boring and too cold to be walking outside. Guide was entertaining but since we originally wanted a historical tour which canceled, this is all we could get.

Our tour guide, Abby, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and all the “hauntings”. Although we didn’t see ghosts she did have pictures of previous sightings. Would have been better if we could have actually gone in to the buildings. It was a beautiful evening for the tour so that made it even better. Would highly recommend this tour just to hear the history of Galveston.

It was interesting learning about the slave trade that occurred on the stage in the park near the chess board, and that below the chessboard was a mass grave site!

Jay was knowledgeable about the area and guided us to some nice places throughout the city. The walk was nice between each of the watering holes.

The pace was good; we got to mix history, ghost stories, and comraderie with others on the tour. It had fewer "ghost" stories than I expected, but Jay was a good guide and it was a really good pub crawl.

Kristen was an amazing guide! She was very informative and even had a few perfectly timed jokes. Drink recommendations were on point. She even had photos of captured paranormal activity to go along with what we were looking at live and in person. I would highly recommend Kristen and this tour!

Me & my husband toured around town with Jay. Highly recommend starting your Galveston trip off on a city tour with Jay whose a local. Great stories and recommends the best bars and drinks to try. We are very glad we booked and would book again!
