The views on the boat was amazing and would recommend this to anyone who likes looking at different scenes. The 2 hour stop at Cala Galdana had a lively beach and a few cafes there wasn’t really much to do. For advice there are lots of fishes in the water and one of the bit my feet. The boat was lovely but I would suggest the bottom deck as the top deck is very hot in the sun ☀️.

It would have been much better if the staff ensured that the people who arrived first and we’re told to queue in a certain place are allowed to board first. Instead they let those who arrived late avoid the queue & get on first!! It would also be useful if it was clear that if you get off at the 1st stop you can’t use the water slide on the back of the boat. It was the main reason the kids wanted to go. Instead I had to spend another €25 hiring a pedalo with a slide on it. The boat trip itself was pleasant and took in some good views.

Boat Trip with a swim . scenic route along the coast line very nice with location announcements along the way. Great crew on board ensuring all are catered for ! Little bar on board serving drinks and snacks so you don’t need to pack up for the trip . The slide on the back of the boat is great fun; especially watching people jump off with a full face mask and snorkel, for it to be ripped off on entry of the fast approaching water!! The trips book up quickly, so suggest online week before, with selection of seats top or bottles decks. We chose the morning trip thinking it would be cooler, turns out it doesn’t matter the sun was banging down!! So take loads of cream and a towel for cover.

Perfect experience. The boat was on time, the staff are friendly and we visited all the beautiful beaches in one go. Truly recommend

The boat itself is nice but the logistics of it are a little confusing. We booked with TUI and it wasn’t clear how it worked. The boat did a stop and people got off and we weren’t told if we had to or not. It then moved onto a swim stop but no one actually told us we could swim off the side of the boat - a lot just followed each other to the beach along the rocks. We had to ask. It would have been 5* had the staff just been more friendly and engaging. At no point did they tell us we could go in or try and inform in anyway. Boat is clean and the little snack bar is really good. My friend got stung by a jelly fish and they had something on deck to put on it which we appreciated. Would visit again but didn’t leave a lasting impression. Small tweaks needed to make it great.

Extremely rude and offensive crew, all male, their behaviour was intimidating, reminded us of drunken football yobs. especially worrying that the behaviour was directed towards two women travelling with a young child. We paid online for ourselves and our 2 year old daughter to go on a shuttle boat trip to Galdana, and paid extra for food and drinks. we didn't receive our food or drinks, which we know was deliberate from the way the crew were behaving, we were so concerned for our safety that we didn't use our return tickets back to Calan Bosh, and ordered a Taxi Back..in the U.K they would have been arrested for the way they were behaving. we are a same sex couple and had nothing but homophobic abuse. They were also encouraging other tourists who were from the U.K to join in, the tourists were drinking alcohol and were also intimidating.. we could hear them saying they were going to throw their drinks into the bin at the side of us to make the drinks go over us.. if this is they way they treat women it is concerning.. it seems most men on this island are homophobic, and chauvinistic, especially if you don't look like a stereotypical woman. The general attitudes on the island are behind with the times, they have no concept of manners, when they are taking your money they will be nice. But it is very short lived. be careful. Health and safety on this boat trip is also questionable. they did not wait until an elderly couple were seated the water was very rough and the man and woman could hardly walk. what they did was dangerous and could have resulted in injury or a fatality..

Had a lovely 2 hour boat trip from Cala Galdana to one of the hard to reach beaches along the shore. We all had a great time swimming in the sea, diving in from the boat and walking to the beach. Something for everyone. Enjoyed watching the fish throw the glass bottom bit too. Crew were very helpful and informative.

Absolutely lovely experience, well worth doing, Cala Galdana was one of the most lovely beaches ever, and a lovely trip along the coast on the way.

Very bad jetty In cala galdana it's literally built onto a rock and is very steep struggled to get off safely with my 3 children

Totally shocking service, or lack of it. Having emailed the company the night before to ask if there was any room on the Gandana trip for the next morning, they replied with ' come to th marina by 930 (trip leaves at 10am). If people haven't turned up there maybe room. We went to th marina by maybe 9.20am and waited in th queue. Only 3 or 4 groups of 2 couples and a family of 4, in front of us. When at the front of the queue the lady repeated what was said to us in th email and decided to start a waiting list for that Gandana trip at 10am. We were first on the list - 4 adults and a 2yo. We stepped aside ( but in clear view of this woman so as not to be forgotten about) and waited till maybe 9.50am, when she clearly was aware that we were still waiting summons 4 adults who stroll up and ask to join th boat - she takes the Spaniards money & we are left there. You curly haired lady could do with improving your customer relations

23 Euros for a half day down to Calan Galdada is reasonable in our eyes. Crew are a young friendly bunch. Nice to get the boat into little coves. Drinks are cheap on board for a boat trip so all in all a nice little day out.

We loved this trip! It was really good value for money and well organised. The boat was clean and we loved the glass bottom! Thank you.

We chose the afternoon boat trip, as my 2 lads are late risers! What a fantastic afternoon on the water. The discovery trip turned out to be a perfect choice for our last day , the water slide off the back of the boat was great fun! The facilities and area we’re very clean and well maintained.

Very nice experience with great staff. I truly recommend this company and I just regret choosing such a short trip - 2 hours. I booked the experience by phone and the guy who helped me was very professional.

Hicimos la excursión de cala galdana pero Si hubiera sabido que el barco nos dejaba y se iba no la hubiera contratado, pero como no lo especifican en la descripción, sorpesa … la cala la peor que he visto en menorca, parecía que estabas en un estanque de lo sucia y verde que estaba, cosa que tampoco te pone en las fotos, ya que si te lo ponen no vas directamente, nos hemos gastado el dinero tontamente y me parece una estafa por parte de los organizadores ya que fui con mi familia para enseñarles alguna playa desde el barco en sus vacaciones y los pobres se quedaron super chafados por lo que vieron y porque pensábamos que nadaríamos un poco desde el barco … no me volverá a pasar con esta empresa!!!

Lo reservamos con varios días de antelación y cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro nos comunican que la excursión se ha cancelado. Entiendo que no pueden controlar la climatología o el estado del mar, pero sí que pueden avisar, puesto que fuimos desde la otra punta de la isla y comimos a prisas pea llegar a tiempo para nada.

No local, tivemos que fazer o pagamento de um valor extra porque mudaram o roteiro devido a tempestades nos dias anteriores. Penso que o cliente não é culpado dessa situação e devia haver maior atenção.
