This was an amazing experience. Eduardo is an excellent guide and I learned a lot about Cartagena through the stories of Gabo. There were a ton of cool surprises.

Loved seeing all the points of interest from Gabo’s books and hearing the stories of Cartegna he has woven in. It was very relaxed and fun. Highly recommended!

Emily is passionate about Cartagena and its favorite son Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Her knowledge base is very deep and she communicates information with great detail and flavor. She transported me to another time and place and I felt closer to my favorite author than ever before. I strongly recommend Emily's tour. She is a charming, wonderful person. Great teacher.

The tour is really interesting, I Iearned a lot about Gabriel García Marquez and his books. I also learned a lot about the history of Cartagena through the autors who lived in Cartagena. Emily Chala is a great guide, she is really interesting and patient. Since I am learning Spanish she talked slowlier so that I could understand her, which was amazing. She also speaks fluently English and French. I definitely recommend this tour !

Disfruté mucho de esta actividad. Mi guía, Ingrid, tiene un conocimiento muy profundo de los libros de Gabo y su relación con la ciudad. Me gusto mucho aprender sobre las ubicaciones y sitios que inspiraban escenas en los libros, y sobre la arquitectura de la ciudad.
