Such an incredible and amazing experience! Our guide was amazing at showing us all of the wildlife including sharks, star fish, blow fish and even a MANTA RAY! One of the best dives I have ever done

Great Guys, I did a couple of fun dives Catalina Islands and it was so good, that I came back with my son 2 days later so he could experience it. He completed his Basic Water Dive with them and it was his favourite part of the trip. The Divemasters were super friendly and laid back. The sealife was outstanding, schools/shoals of reef fish, sharks, rays, turtle. Divemasters were ace at pointing out stuff too. Would recommend.

I was so impressed with TamaDive in 2023 that I dove with them again in 2024. I can not recommend them enough! Thoroughly professional & friendly. You really can’t go wrong with them. Jose, our dive master, led our group of 4 divers on two dives off the Catalinas. He was super friendly, kept a good eye on all of his divers, & made sure to take pictures of all of us & point out interesting fauna. Unbelievably good dive on 4/2/24. Many large white tip sharks, rays, hawksbill turtle & huge schools of reef fish. Decent visibility (really good for this spot), variable currents & thermoclines producing fronts for congregations of fish. Miguel, one of the other dive masters, took a group of novice divers out & they also had a blast. Impressive. The captain was great too. No nonsense, friendly & competent. Exactly what you want. If you want to dive while visiting Tamarindo you really can’t go wrong with TamaDive in my experience.

Remo and his expert team are phenomenal! Highly recommend for all levels from experienced to your kids that at one time feared the ocean - now fully certified thanks to Remo and his crew! Safe, professional, smart, and a fun energy team of instructors! We will definitely back!

Great diving center! I took a fun dive in the Catalina's island. The gear is quiet new (suits, fins, bcds, regulators) and the dive guides are expert! I had good time with them, price is fair and compete other centers. Visibility wasn't good during my dive because of the recent rain, but there is nothing to do than blaming luck ;) Thank you TamaDive!

Unforgettable experience! Very friendly and kind staff (honest about possibly low visibility and marine life at different times of the year while other dive shops made no mention and said everything was perfect). We dove with Eric who was an excellent guide, provided clear instructions and overviews of our dive plans, had a great calm energy, and always had all our gear ready to go so that we could just relax and enjoy the day! The group sizes are kept to 5 maximum which is well worth the extra $10 USD/person in my opinion versus other dive shops that may take up to 10 people. The shop takes GoPro footage all throughout the dive of you and of the marine life and the footage was quite clear compared to GoPro footage that I took myself; and they provide the footage to you at no additional cost which is great too! Air conditioned transportation to the marina is also a plus (most dive shops in Tamarindo all take a ground transport to a different beach area and take a boat from there to Las Catalinas). The diving itself: we saw loooooots of fish, many reef sharks (including a group of 9 all together which we swam over/were fairly close to), and the highlight was when a 4-metre Oceanic Black Manta Ray swam right to our group and then swam with us for 10 minutes as we observed, followed, and took pictures! Would highly recommend and thank you for a fantastic experience!

My partner and I had such a great experience with Remo and the rest of the team at TamaDive. It was definitely the highlight of our Costa Rica trip. We saw a family of sharks and many schools of fish!

We had a very special experience diving with TamaDive, both in terms of the what we saw diving and the professionalism of this group. Eric was the divemaster for the two of us. At age 75, I need a little extra help with the weight of the tanks and so forth. Eric made it possible for me to enjoy this wonderful 2-tank dive, even with surge and current. Saw tunicates for the first time, huge blue starfish, butterfly fish, large eels, lobster, 6 large female reef sharks taking a snooze in the sand, rays, schools of fish all around us, interesting rocky underwater topography, and more.

Super professional and FUN! As a newly certified diver, I am always nervous about diving out of the country, and after doing extensive research, we came across TamaDive, and we are so glad we dived with the group. We had a blast, felt safe the whole time, and appreciated the fantastic dive experience that was provided-- a true highlight of our trip to Costa Rica!

We live in Potrero and only dive with TamaDive now. They are super safe, and we always end up having an amazing time. Can't recommend them enough :)

The guys at TamaDive are awesome. It had been a while since I had dived and they were very comprehensive in our pre-dive briefing to make sure we knew what to expect. They took us to two very cool sites (Clásico and Sombreros) where we saw sharks, seahorses, eels, a sea turtle, and much more.
