Ron was excellent. He is very knowledgable and we learned so much. He ensured we were able to see as many sites as possible prior to returning to the ship. We felt safe and in good hands with Ron. We highly recommend him and would use his services in future trips.

We spent a full day in a private tour guided by Ronen Lev in September 2023. We went to Rosh Hanikra, Akko, Haifa, and Caesaria. Ronen was fantastic. As far as logistics went, he was very professional, and picked us up at our hotel on time and got us to all of our desired stops. He made helpful suggestions on our itinerary, and we avoided wasting time at places with little interest. He also listened to us about our goals for the tour, and what we were interested in doing. I found him to be very knowledgeable, both about the history of the areas we visited as well as the current culture in Israel. He helped us get some great group photos with border guards at the border with Lebanon. I highly recommend him.

We looked at all the organized bus tours and none of them focused on what WE wanted to do. Even though there were only 3 of us travelling as a family, we'd have to spend two days on bus tours getting up for a 6:30 AM pickup, travelling on a bus with no washroom, taking us to places we aren't interested in and spending too little time where we wanted to go. So, we booked a private tour with Ron instead. He picked us up at out Tel Aviv hotel, and took us to all the sights we wanted to see in Jerusalem. We were never rushed and we could spend as much time as we wanted at each sight. His knowledge of the areas and being known to the locals meant we didn't have any concern about changing our arrival time at Yad Vashem and he took care of all the costs for parking etc. There were no "hidden extras" and although our itinerary took longer than expected, he did not make anything of it. He made our first family trip to Israel so enjoyable and we do not regret the choice for a second. If this is your first time in Israel, splurge and book a private tour with Ron.

Probably the best, most friendly, relaxed and informative tour we've had the pleasure of. We're fortunate to have the opportunity to travel a lot and, when we're somewhere only briefly, I book a guide. All too often, one gets a dry history lesson from a bored guide. Ron, wasn't at all like that. Israel has history of course, but it's also a young vibrant country with lots going on. Ron brought the history to life illuminating the modern day challenges and bringing them into context. He also booked a superb lunch, finding a great restaurant with a wonderful wine list (not easy on the Shabbat - I couldn't get a reservation anywhere!). If you're visiting Jerusalem or even just flying into Tel Aviv for a weekend, book this guy; a first class guide and now, a friend in Israel. We'll definitely repeat the experience.

From the lead up to and during the actual tour Ron was second to none. He really did provide an end to ends fully inclusive experience and was able to customize the trip to our needs and timing so we would have an enjoyable day. We had great conversations during the trip with some great insight into the in and outs of Israel and even provided some after the tour help when we needed some advice. Ron tailored our tour to our interests. Besides giving us a fabulous tour of Jerusalem, he has a knowledge of the people and situations past and current in Israel. We wanted to visit an Israeli Winery and he was able to arrange it and it was a fantastic experience, talking wine with the winemaker. Ron was our guide in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and took us on excursions outside the cities as well. There were three generations of us traveling together and he was sensitive to the needs of both the teenager and the senior citizen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about israeli history and politics, able to answer all of our questions. He was very prompt and courteous and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him - he knows all the ins and outs and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

Our time in Israel with Ron was by far our favorite time in an extended tour of many countries. We were three ladies in our 80's trying to see as much as was possible in the three days we had available. Ron took us under his wing and gave us the time of our lives. He manuevered the crazy traffic with ease all the while giving basic information and lively conversation about Israel and America. He got us very close to all the sites and was always so careful to help us with all the steps and uneven surfaces. In the "old city" he managed to procure a small golf cart so that we darted from one wonderful religious venue to another in minutes. Ron has a real depth of knowledge of the history, the religion & the existing situations in each of the many sites we visited. Ron can convey this knowledge in an understandable way to his audience. I booked a private 3 day tour for myself and my mum with Ron and the experience was exceptional. From the early planning and communication Ron was very responsive to my questions and took the time to understand our requirements but he also made recommendations on how to improve our experience. During the tours Ron was very patient and helpful with my mum. He changed some of the routes e.g. to the church of the holy Scepulture. So we walked downhill rather than uphill which was easier for my mum. When we made last minute requests, e.g my mum wanting to be baptised in the river hours an. He organised a very thing quickly and seamlessly the next day. When we needed to take a private taxi to Tel Aviv, he gave us estimates on what things should cost so we didn’t get ripped off. I just finished a two weeks vacation having over a half a dozen tours in Israel and parts of europe. Ron was by far the best. Ron had patience and answered every question I could think of. With also gauging what parts of Israel I would be the most interested in and kept a perfect pace while engaging with us the entire time. Ronen is an incredible person and your guide!he speaks multiple languages and his English is excellent. He picked us up on time, with a smile and a positive attitude. His knowledge of Israel is incredible, he too is to MT Olive, The Western Wall, The tomb of King David The room of the the last supper, the temple of ruin, the 4 quarters of the old city. The underground aqua ducts at the city of King David, amazing middle eastern lunch (falafel and shawarma), and finally ended the tour with Yad Vashem. Every Question we asked Ronen, he was able to answer, he is extremely articulate, knowledgeable and an expert on Israel! I highly recommend you use him if your are looking for a high end 5 star tour guide. He is one of the best guides My wife and I have ever had (and we have used private guides extensively all over the world)! By the end of our 8 hour tour, Ronen felt like a friend and someone we could spend time with outside of hiring him as a guide. He is authentic, kind, service oriented and just a good person!!

Ron is amazing! Don’t visit Israel without Ron. We mainly toured Jerusalem. Ron took us to many sights and was flexible. We can he’s our itinerary on the fly without issue. Ron knows the best hole in the wall restaurants. He answered ALL our questions with pleasure.
