We had a lovely day, the scenery was unbelievable, we watched all the shows and saw all the animals, the coach travel was great, Jose gave a good commentary about the area, well worth the visit.

The cowboy/ Western show was OK. It lasts around 20 minutes. Get to the best location to watch at least 20 minutes before it starts. As for the caged animals it's really very sad. Over here in the UK the animals get a decent area to do what they want, probably the best is the Yorkshire wildlife park, but all the other UK ones are great. It was really sad to see a beautiful tiger in such a small enclosure. Lions again in a very small enclosure, and for me personally was to see a huge bear at the bottom of an enclosure with nothing to do other than walking backwards and forwards. As for the shows here everything is Spanish with no translation to any other language. In my opinion it's a hot day out. It's not great value, and for me personally it's not great for the animals!

From the start we pre booked tickets the night before but forgot to add parking, €2.90, no problem as we were asked at the ticket office so then paid, but got no receipt nor did they ask for the registration number, could have had free parking under the shade. You can easily park across the road for free but that is not in the shade. Entrance is unappealling but should be ok when the work is completed. It would have been better to get more into the buildings rather than standing behind glass in doorways. The cowboy show is very amateur dramatics but the kids will like it. The can can girls have an annoying compere and they dont actually do the correct can can nor have the can can tune, which one would have expected. The saloon and dining room had air con. The buffet lunch though is very worth it with a lovely mixture of food suiting vegertarians also. The swimming pool looked okay for kids. The zoo, train ride and reptile house was very good and well worth seeing. It would have been great to have all members of staff in western outfits, all playing their part for authenticity.

A great day out. Feel free to dress up in Western style clothes ... you won't look out of place. Not just the 'Western town' ... there is also a Zoo and in the afternoon the small pool and water slides are open. The town was apparently built for the film ' A few dollars more' and later used for ' The good, the bad and the ugly' The western show is on a few times through the day and there's plenty of areas to stand and watch. It does get very hot here so it's nice that the Saloon is open for drinks. There are also a few shows in the Saloon through the day as well. The Zoo is quite vast and takes some walking around, but is well worth it.

For families with on vacation in the Almeria region this theme park is worth a visit. Note: This park contains a western theme town but most of the area is actually a Zoo with a lot of different animals. My personal favorite was the cactus garden with various cacti.

The gun fight at high noon was great. Lots of action, horse riding and shoot outs. Our transfer driver was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English.

After standing in line for an hour we finally got in just to see absolutely nothing happening. Like a ghost town without any Citizens. There is a lot of potential to make it an adventure but nothing at all happend. No cowboys, no shooting, nothing arranged for children with grandparents willing to speed a fortune on entertainment and icecream. An om top of it - when we finally found something to eat, it was junkfood ending in the garbagecan. Come on - this can get much better. The potential is there.

Drove from Fuengirola for a day out at Mini Hollywood....good parking, but entrance and walk in to main street could do with a facelift....but after that facilities and attractions are excellent. Food and Drink are at normal rates so no rip off.....Themed dress up photographs are great vale for €20 euro with lots of costumes...Wild life park is good, and shows are typical but worth watching....bring sunglasses as lots of sand and dust blowing around. Enjoyed the day...

Had a great day here. Wild west show and cancan girls were brilliant. Saloon bar open and offering lovely cold beers which were very welcome in the nice hot weather. Large zoo with good variety of animals and a lovely large pool. All public areas lovely and clean and staff nice and friendly and willing to have there photos taken with you. In all a great day out.

Really enjoyed the mini Hollywood visit. The film set looked authentic and we got a good place to watch the shoot out The anticipation built as we waited for the show to start not knowing what to expect. I managed to film some of the action and it looked quite good .It may seem a little expensive but the food in the buffet restaurant was excellent but we were all inclusive and didn't have to pay for lunch . After the shoot out we went to the yellow rose saloon to watch the can-can show which was again very good. Theme parks are not my thing but really enjoyed this one

Pepe tours trip. Well organized and prompt pick up. Although most of the music and show was in Spanish it was stilll enjoyable. A zoo and swimming pool gives a variety to the day out. You can also dress as a cowboy/girls and have photo taken for 10 Euros. Good fun day.

Mini Hollywood is a great day out for the family. It's located in the middle of mountains and the weather was very hot. There are regular shows, cowboy theme, cancan dancers and parrot show. There's also a zoo which is quite big but VERY hilly. Be prepared to walk up and down hills, (we missed the main zoo because of this as we had a push chair). However as an overall day I'm pleased we went to mini Hollywood as we all enjoyed it very much. Cons. Not really suitable for prams and wheelchairs as it's all sand/gravel for the cowboy theme. The hill down to the zoo is really big if you have a pram.

We went there for whole day part of the tour. It was in the middle of desert , used for production of western films. Part of it is ZOO with nice animals but the best experience was tiger which you can get very close to and parrot show. Only down for all of this was that show was in Spanish so no chance to understand. Swimming pool is such a great idea and after walking around amazing thing to cool down your hot body. Food was ok and you have to wait quite a bit to get a table but restaurant is big so it takes only around 20-30 minutes. Programs was fine and we didn't get to see dance show as once it is full (saloon) they simply close the door and you cant get in. There is lot of shops to buy souvenirs or cowboy hats , guns and other stuff. Overall nice place to spend with family

We went for the day. And it was very good but a few things could be changed. The buffet hall is right near the entrance. So you got to walk all the way back. It’s a long way when boiling hot. There seems to be a lack of any other food halls around the park. There’s a burger hall all the way at the top of the zoo and a long walk and a train ride. And then a long walk back. No much shelter or shade. The burger hall was ridiculously expensive and not that great. The woman serving the ice drinks near the pool needs to sort her attitude out and have some manners. I don’t know who upset her that day but she is very rude. The actors where great and the scenes are very cool. The singer was completely all in Spanish. And was quite annoying. The dancers where great. Oh and they charge you for the privilege of parking. Absolutely ridiculous

Wow what a place! You actually feel like a cowgirl/cowboy here. Plus there's a swimming pool and a zoo!! 3 in 1! Was amazing to think some films were filmed there, and you can see why. The staff/actors were great. Very friendly and great at staying in character. If you do visit. Definitely have a western photoshoot done. Its worth it! The zoo is great and full of animals big and small. The burger place there was really nice if you get hungry but you can take food with you. The swimming pool is lovely too.

Everything went according to plan. We had a fabulous time from start to finish. Pepe Tours were so friendly and professional. They rang to say would pick us up closer to where original pick up was. They were there on time and we had a fab driver and your guide on a very clean, air-conditioned coach. We were dropped off at approx 10:00am and left at 5pm. Everything ran smoothly. Mini Hollywood was ace! The mock bank said was worth watching and the animals were well looked after, in spacious enclosures. It was a lot bigger than we thought and to end a brill day, we made full use of the refreshing swimming pool. Pepe Tours are well recommended and we were dropped back off at our accommodation. A brilliant fun packed day, plenty to see and do. The zoo is very good and the selection of animals is vast. Reptile house is a good visit too, but the Wild West shows are top class.

Booked mini Hollywood trip online via trip advisor. Booking confirmation came through quickly. Pepe Tours contacted us few days before trip to confirm we had arrived & see if we could change days, which we did. Coach collected us outside hotel on time. Our guide William was lovely, friendly, informative & fluent in English & French. We had a great day at mini Hollywood. Coach collected us on time going back.
