Ok this review is super late cause we went back in April, but I have to say this was the absolute best experience. If we ever were to go back to Egypt it would be with Oscar. We had the best tour guide and they even helped us barter for something I wanted at the market. If you’re going to Egypt please contact them!!

Wow wow wow! Had an incredible time during the private full day tour. Ahmed was fantastic with arranging the tour to my time requests. I learned lots of lasting historical information and had plenty of time to view all the sights. Lunch was also a delicious oriental meal. The ease, transportation, and knowledge of the tour were enjoyable. I recommend booking the tour early in the morning as it gets extremely hot at the temples. Thank you!

I think this tour and this family is the best experience that you can get in egypt, it was my first trip and thy were professional and on time and knowledgeable and knows what thy are doing and fun and you feel like you are in your own family, thy show me beautiful places and suggestions was the best thank Oscar family for all your help, I recommend 100%

We lucked up and met Oscar when he replied to an inquiry on MyDayTrip to drive my friend and I from Cairo to Luxor. We did not feel comfortable flying so we decided to hire a driver. My Day Trip was one the cheapest options but also the only one we felt was reputable enough to go with. We booked our driving trip last minute (day before) and Oscar responded promptly to the inquiry. He reached out to me via Whatsapp not even a full hr after booking on the site to let me know he'd be our driver and that he looked forward to meeting us the next day. The following day, I texted him to just double check that he'd be there on time. Not only was he already there waiting, 30+ minutes ahead of schedule, but he ended up driving a bigger van rather than the original sedan listed so my friend and I had ample space. We were so relieved. We thanked him for being on time and he was very excited to meet us. We felt extremely comfortable right off the bat, we even ended up falling asleep for most of the ride. He answered all questions and was helpful with suggestions on what we should do in Luxor. We ended up having him drive us our entire stay in Luxor! 4 days total. Great price and very knowledgeable on what to do/see and offering suggestions. We also hired him to drive us to our next location of Hurghada and then BACK to Cairo when our trip was over. We really lucked up on meeting him. So very kind and even texted and made sure we made it back to the states safely. The overall experience was smooth. Will definitely be sharing his contact should any of my friends and family go to Egypt.

I don't usually write in-depth reviews but this time I really wanted to because this one is very well deserved. We stayed in one of his airbnb's and that's how we found him. To start out, Ahmed's communication was amazing, he was up front about everything and was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had, going above and beyond when giving advice. One of the taps in the apartment had been accidentally broken the day before, even though it wasn't that big of a deal to us and certainly didn't have anything to do with him, he immediately organised another one of his apartments for us to stay in. He also had the tap fixed the very next day like a true professional. It was very obvious to me from the get go that he is very serious about providing a good service and ensuring his guests are as comfortable as possible. The apartment was really clean, comfortable, had everything you needed and was awesome value for money. Ahmed runs a tourism business which was extremely convenient because we were able to sort our entire trip to Luxor through him with absolute ease and this made everything so much simpler and comfortable. All his recommendations for what to see, do, eat and even what to avoid and be careful of were absolutely spot on and he got us all the best deals on prices, which I knew for a fact because I had done my research on prices beforehand. He was also always on time to drop us off and pick us up from activities and in general was just an outstanding driver. We spent three days in Luxor and everything was absolutely perfect. He was so genuine throughout the time we spent with him and it was clear that he runs his business with ethics at the forefront of his mind which I feel is so rare nowadays. Having a private driver is really the only way to see Luxor properly so I would strongly recommend having Ahmed organise this all for you. Even more conveniently, we were able to exchange Euros and US dollars into Egyptian pounds with Ahmed, completely avoiding bank and ATM fees which are generally quite high. There are a lot of places that only accept cash in Luxor so this was extremely handy. We genuinely could not have had a smoother and more comfortable trip to Luxor, it was such a stunning place to visit and I really think Ahmed and the rest of his staff played such a major part in that and I really want to thank him so much for treating us like family and taking care of us as if we were royalty. We were so sad to leave at the end and will aim to come back one day and do it all again, through Ahmed without a doubt.

Very safe honest and understanding tour guide we have encountered in September 2023. A tired tourist needs flexibility and wants to utilize most of its time effectively. Oscar tours provided us not only the flexibility but considering our limited time they have made the day with maximum utilization.

We have make a trip from Abu simbel to luxor with them and it was very nice, they are very friendly, and the transport is very confortable.

We had 2 1/2 amazing days with Salah as our driver and Nabil as our Egyptologist. They were always early and patient upon pickup. They are happy people who speak English very well. We laughed a lot and learned a lot. Also if you like to shop they will take you to the authentic Egyptian shops, hand made out of real stone, papyrus, oils, carpets. It was a learning experience and you have the opportunity to purchase beautiful art. Don’t forget to ask them to take you to the Farm to table restaurant in Luxor. Beautiful food, delicious and filling. LadyBird took care of arranging our Cairo guide, Khalid who picked us up at the airport and took us on 2 unforgettable site seeing days in and around Cairo. It was a joy to not have to search for a guide and transportation. DELIGHTFUL!

I typically do not take the time to do reviews, however, my experience with Ladybird Tours, and the Oscar Brothers (Ahmed, Salah, Sombal) was so good that I really want to help other travelers by directing them straight to the Oscar brothers. When we were in Cairo, it was a rough time, trying to figure things out on our own and getting ripped off by some of the tour guides there. However, it was a completely different experience with Ladybird Tours/Oscar when we arrived in Luxor . Upon arrival they pretty much handled everything. It was as if we had just clicked the easy button for the remainder of our Egypt trip. They picked us up from the airport in style!! And it was a big easy comfy ride to the beautiful Air Bnb operated by Oscar. They helped exchanged currency for us, which was really convenient and with a better exchange rate than the currency exchange shops In Egypt, as a tourist, you will naturally get a foreigner markup. What was awesome about Oscar was that they helped to negotiate on our behalf from water/snacks, to escorts at tombs, and meals. It’s really evident that Oscar is very honest and wants to help ensure we are getting fair pricing. Salah (the eldest Oscar brother) was our driver to the Valley of the Kings and Luxor temple. He was so awesome!!!! One of the evenings Oscar took us to his favorite seafood restaurant in the local part of Luxor, where there were no tourists. It was awesome. The meal was the best seafood soup and fish I’ve ever had and it was amazing to see Egyptian’s real daily life and not just the tourist attractions. And of course we paid the real Egyptian price. Ca-ching! My strong recommendation is to skip any 3rd party tour guides and have Oscar set you up with a personal driver all day to take you around. In Cairo we used other tour guides and found that it wasn’t nearly as enjoyable as having our personal driver (Sambal) take us around all day . Sambal was the best. He negotiated on our behalf everywhere we went to get the real Egyptian price without markup. He was very knowledgeable about all the good spots and took us around in a very comfortable nice air-conditioned ride. If you do want a tour guide, have Oscar set it up as it will be a great tour guide at a great price. Before we knew how bad ass Sombal was, we opted for a tour guide for the valley of the kings and the guide Oscar set us up with was incredibly knowledgeable. Sombal goes all over Egypt…Luxor, Aswan, Cairo l, etc. Our plan is to come back next year to visit in Luxor in Aswan and schedule the entire trip through Oscar/Ladybird tours. So my recommendation is to skip the tour guides and just hire Sambal to be your all day driver. Overall, I give the Oscar/Ladybird tours a 15 out of 10 rating. Every time we come back to Egypt I will for sure go through the Oscar, 100%. I highly recommend you do too. They make you feel like family and I can feel their genuine hospitality.

Ahmed was really reactived whenever we had questions about our upcoming tours and tried his best to adapt to our needs! The tour guide he got us was really knowledgeable, we learned so much about Luxor’s history during the tour :)

I found ladybird Egypt tours online and decided to take it as has an excellent reviews and it was the best decision we have made Oscar was great always on time and have a nice clean car Would definitely recommend to others Thank you Oscar for all you done

Nous avons fait appel à Oscar à plusieurs reprises et chaque fois ce fut Parfait !! Il est toujours à l'heure, souriant et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Une journée à Luxor pour visiter la vallée des rois, Colosse de Memnon etc. Une journée pour nous emmener de Luxor à Marsa Allam.
