The bus was about 45 minutes late In times of WhatsApp & Co. information should be possible at the reception of the hotel The time was missing of course and so we were guided through the program. The food wasn't even mediocre. Although we had booked "German", we had to listen to everything double the whole day: English / German.
Very nice trip, it was worth it. Organization and pickup also went well. I can recommend it.
With very nice weather at the end of March all stations were started as described. There were also 2 short stops at a glassblowing shop and a jeweller's. The tour guide was nice, competent, good to understand (English & German) and e.g. in Mdina you had the choice to explore the city with her or you simply came back to the meeting point at the time mentioned and had time for yourself until then Since the destinations are quite close to each other, the journey time in the bus was luckily short. Because although apparently very new, our bus (fully booked with 18 people on 18 seats) was very, very cramped. Now I am 1,81m, but also guests, who are smaller and have maybe 100g more on their ribs, had their problems But as I said, the time in the bus between the stops was not very long, so it was bearable and I can recommend the trip to others.
Very friendly, good and knowledgeable guide. Everything was very well organized. The lunch was also very tasty.
Worth a visit. Guided tours always very dependent on the tour guide, this time very good. This was the first of several excursions booked in German. In the morning it turned out that we were wrongly assigned to the English-language groups with all our lies. Fortunately, this was regulated very competently on the spot. However, this was only possible with a knowledge of English. To avoid a lack of foreign language skills by booking the excursions in advance would have been a complete failure.
Corresponds exactly to what has been described in other ratings. You should definitely try the pastizzis at crystal palace in Rabat. They're the best on the island. The catacombs were great too. The tour guide speaks German very well and knows cultural history very well
Competent and entertaining. One suggestions regarding the organisation: the participants were brought to a meeting point. There, we were all a bit clueless, because no one knew what would happen next. It would've been helpful, to sort the groups depending on the destination. Maybe with using signs. But apart from that, it was a really great day, on which we saw Mosta, Mdina, Rabatt and the Dingli cliffs. Anytime again and I gladly recommend rent-a-guide. Thank you! Beate S.
