Such a great experience, Erkan was really nice, he taught us great things about Cappadocia. It was a small group so everything was fluid and great atmosphere.

Of the three tours i.e. Red, Blue and Green, this is the best once. Got to see some really interesting and cool geological features. Our guide was very knowledgable and patient. Very interesting and unique.

Get what you pay for... The guide was very nice and accommodating, think the structure of this tour is off though. First, it's more like a half day, in the middle of the day with a pick-up after 10am vs 8am advertised. That's not a bad thing, but then think this should be a true half day tour without the lunch nor stopping at multiple shopping sites, which seemed to make up the majority of time vs actual sightseeing. Maybe "The Red Tour" doesn't have that much to see, yet could have definitely done without the lunch stop and had this just be a true half day tour.

The Red Historical Tour of Cappadocia was definitely interesting but not child or aged family friendly in certain parts. There was expected than longer treks involved with a toddler and aged parents which we would not have gone through with had we known earlier. Our tour guide also wasn't very happy with the fact that there were members in the group tour who were making it slower. If so , shouldn't have advised this tour as child friendly with moderate amount of walking involved in the description , especially for tourists who have never been to Cappadocia before.

Excellent tour. I went with my two teens and they also loved it. Our tour guide was very knowledge. We were so impressed by how much she knew. We wouldn’t have enjoyed all the sightseeings without her knowledge. Thank you, would definitely recommended this tour.

Well, it's a long trip around 6h, but Dona os very helpful guide. I loved the trip, also all the guys with me. I didn't like only the pottery shopping place, but it's my personal opinion. Very touristic, Cappadocia ceramics miseum I loved more, but visited at my own.

Had a great time during the tour. Visited almost most of the main attraction sites in Cappadocia. Our tour guide was also nice, friendly and very knowledgeable on the area since he is a local there. We were picked up and dropped at our hotel and were also provided with lunch meal. I joined this tour with my old parents, so, they were some sites that we just passed and the tour guide was kind enough to let my parents and I to stay back in the van. Overall, it was a pleasure! Really recommended!

We booked the Red Tour through Cappadocia. Our bilingual guide Mert was great and had comprehensible answers to every question. He is a trustworthy person with very very good English skills. He gave us great insight into the history as well as the culture of that unique region and the atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable at all times. Also, timing was perfect! We had enough time to take our individual perspective of all sights and of course take our pictures. Mert had useful tipps for further activities and points of interest throughout the region. We are very happy and recommend Touchstone Travel without any hesitation at all.

This is a great half-day tour for those who wish to experience the 'essentials' of Cappadocia but still have time left over for shopping and eating out. The tour included a pick-up from our hotel. The first place to visit was the Devrent Valley which has a number of interesting rock formations and it is left to your interpretation to figure out what they most resemble. From there we moved on to the Zelve Open Air Museum which was occupied by cave dwellers - mostly of the Christian faith - till as late as 1945, but is presently considered unsafe in view of possible earthquakes. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. One can get some fascinating insights into the life of the people who lived and worshipped here. We then moved on to the site of the Fairy Chimneys which are conical and layered rock formations, shaped by wind erosion over millenia. we also visited a pottery making shop and were given a demonstration of the techniques used by ancient artisans to create some wonderful pottery, which used the red soil of the Cappadocia region. A sumptuous buffet lunch was also provided to our small tour group at a local hotel and the tour wound up with a trip to a dollar shop for those wishing to pick up Turkish textiles and apparel. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and besides explaining about the sites themselves also gave us many insights into Turkish history, culture and society. Overall a value-for-money tour, which is best for a family or small group of people.

We did the tour with Mert in English and it was great! He took the time to explain everything very detailed apart from the rest of the group (we were in a with a Turkish speaking tour because we booked very last moment) He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, it is definitely recommended to book the tour to understand all the incredible things your eyes are seeing and then take the following days exploring cappadocia on your own of you wish, but the tour was definitely worth the money and time! Thank you Mert!

The bus arrived on time in front of our hotel We were with Donma, very kind, helpful and prepared guide! Everything with a smile! We visited the Fairy Chimneis, other wonderful landscapes of Cappadocia, with Donma's explanations, we went to a fantastic restaurant and at the end we have seen the process of ceramic making. There was also a stop to a handmade jewelry and a particular shop of turkish's national food. Everything was perfect, thank you for the experience! :)

The 1 day tour with Veysel was great! We covered a few spots around Cappadocia. Received a prompt confirmation from Mert after making the booking. The whole process was very smooth and convenient. Thanks to both of them for also helping us with the hot air balloon booking at short notice!

The best travel agency in Cappadocia. The tour guide, Burak, was very kind and friendly. He explained everything to us with a big smile despite the cold. I strongly recommend it!
