I need a refund for this trip. They cancelled my trip because they don’t have enough people . This trip is not completed. This was cancelled by them with a promise of full refund. I don’t hear anything from them yet.

This trip we had limited days to be in the Park and thought a tour would be a great way to catch the highlights and learn a bit too. We found Crossroads Tours through the Trip Advisor app. There are several companies available but we chose Crossroads because of the small group size limits - max 12. Our group was six which was wonderful. My husband and I are both in our 60's and have lived in California most of our lives. Each of us have been to Yosemite many times, but this was the first time either one of us had been on an organized tour. Our guide Daniel was born and raised in the Yosemite area and his family has been in the area for generations so he has a lot of historical knowledge and personal stories to share. We are history aficionados and we were delighted with all the new things we learned about Yosemite and California history too! We highly recommend touring with Crossroads Tours for first time visitors to Yosemite and seasoned visitors who want to learn more about the unique history of Yosemite!

Listening to our guide Daniel who is a wealth of information was definitely the highlight of our day. The back seat of the car was a little tight for 3 adults, but we made it work.

Our tour guide Laura was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and always had a fun story to tell. Never a dull moment with Laura!

Excellent tour of the most interesting part of the area, a small group, Laura Ullmann was our guide and I thought the information with an unmatched passion that she shared with us was spectacular, one hundred percent recommended

Mike was good! He was able to explain all the crucial facts and points of Yosemeti National Park. He even suggested us to watch the movie Free Solo, which was based on Mountain Climbing.

We were instructed to wait in the lobby. Our guide Daniel didn’t look for us unlike other tour guides that were asking if we signed up for a tour. We had to approach him and ask if he was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and attended to what we wanted to see. He was a wonderful photographer and knew where to get good photos. Too bad that 2 spots were closed which we were aware of. It would have been nice to have a different day trip for the winter season/winter itinerary.

We are in our 70’s so are not likely to ever see Yosemite now. The tour we had booked for September 21 was cancelled, however we had to call Crossroads to find out. They did not answer my emails to confirm a pickup time and place, so part of the time we were concerned it is was not a real enterprise. They did refund $800 we had paid in advance within a few days. Would have liked to give a good review. We used the day to go to Sequoia park by ourselves, which was nice.

We spent 8 days in and around Yosemite and this was by far our best day ! It was a great overview of the park and done in such a way to allow us to see many areas and know where we may want to explore more later on. Juli was fun and had lots of info to tell, and was an excellent driver high up on the somewhat stress- inducing mountain roads ( for those afraid of heights that is) Would highly recommend to first time visitors as well as veterans of Yosemite.

We had an absolutely amazing time with our guide Juli. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the park and knew exactly where to go for breathtaking views. She brought pictures of her at a child at different locations in the park, she had old newspapers clippings about different happenings, and overall provided a truly magical one of a kind experience.

The driver thru crossroads Juli was exceptional The actual booking was a nightmare. Booking agents should speak English.

Our guide Laura was enthusiastic from 6.30am when she picked us up for our full day tour, her knowledge was amazing and helped that she had lived and worked in the area for many years. Laura took us to all the best spots to make our experience amazing. The benefit of having a guide meant she knew all the best spots for photos and was able to make the most of our time as she would take the car to park it and drop us off while she did this. The lunch was lovely but was made better where we had it with the best view out the way of the crowds

Amanda was our guide. She was amazing. Gave us great insight into the park and all we saw. She was enthusiastic and it was obvious she loves Yosemite.

Great way to get a good overview to Yosemite. Our tour guide Julie was incredibly knowledgeable about Yosemite and its many places to go within the park including good advice for trails for us to explore on our own. Julie has a great personality and was attentive to our group and also gave us opportunities to take some short hikes along the way. Great introduction to Yosemite

Glacier Point, Mariposa Grove, Waterfalls - a very good and expensive overview of the park. We used it as a first day ( out of 5 ) to zero in on places we would want to visit , hike. Fred was outstanding !

Laura was awesome. She really read the group and we opted to craft our own adventure. Laura also knew all the best spots and parking/bathrooms which we definitely would’ve not known to find on our own. We saw everything and it was a really nice day to spend in Yosemite. Recommend!

A fantastic way to see Yosemite with a knowledgeable, funny local guide named Julie. She made sure everyone had everything they needed to have the perfect day and even tracked me down after I wandered off! Thanks for a memorable day.

This tour was amazing and super detailed! We saw so much of the park, and our guide Julie was super knowledgable! Would highly recommend!

Pros - We did not have to drive . The tour guide Julie was very knowledgeable and nice as she was born and raised in the area. Lunch was good. Cons- we stayed Oakhurst because the entrance was close to Yosmites. Yet we took 21/2 just getting to Yosmite. We had to pick up a single women in a lodge out of the way. The van was extremely outdated . Their were 11 passengers in the most tight seats ever. Being claustrophobic was not on my side so rather then sitting next to my husband I sat on a bumper seat next to a couple . 1/2 my butt balanced me half kept me from falling . It was like sardines packed ( guest stated we were a circus act) passengers arrived with large suitcases so we didn’t even have room to put backpacks in trunks. 10 hours of squishyness. The women next to my husband sat practically on his lap to peer through the fogged windows due to the rain ! On the way back the tour guide was told she needed us to be back by 4:30 for a guest to connect for their travel plans so what took us 21/2 to get to Yosmites now felt like an hour due to the speed necessary to get back to Oakhurst. We watched a company pick up guest from our hotel in modern large window van called DISCOVER Yosemite and regret not booking a tour with them or a private tour. Perhaps when registering for a tour like this it should have height/ weight info as well as warnings about NOT wearing cologne or aftershave as you will be sitting practically on top of another guest
