Peggy, our tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable about Shanghai. Felt immersed into the Chinese culture.

This was one of the best guide tour we ever experienced. Jessie was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We got everything we wished for from this trip. Also the booking process went very smoothly.

This morning we traveled to Hangzhou by high-speed train from Shanghai with our host Cathy. Hangzhou was once the capital city in Southern Song Dynasty. Today, it not only has incredible history and natural beauty it is also one of the electronic business centers of China. It is the home of Alibaba! We went directly to West Lake which is renowned for its beauty, in the 14th century, Marco Polo, the famous traveler and businessman named this area as "Venice on the Earth" with temples, pagodas, gardens and islands. We took a boat ride on the lake to an island to see Fish and Flower Harbor. Also, the 3 small pagodas which are central to the mid-Autumn festival as three gourd-shaped stone pagodas form an equilateral triangle on the full moon. We then drove to the "Peak Flying from Afar" - stone sculpture: A massive stone sculpture made from WuDai to Yuan Dynasty. It has over 400 pieces and is just an amazing human treasure. A short walk to the Lingyin Temple which is the most influential Buddhist temple in China along with various pagodas and other cultural sites. We had an incredible authentic local lunch pork belly, egg with vegetables, chile peppers with garlic and onion and a nice vegetable dish. We finished our day with our host Cathy at the Dragon Well Green Tea Village. We walked the tea terraces and then sampled pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing Village. It is produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the China Famous Tea title. Back to Shanghai to recharge for tomorrow’s adventures. The experience from booking through the actual delivery is incredible. When we return to Shanghai we will definitely book with Jenny and Cathy!

Our trip with Jessy was really good. We were very tired as we had a flight overnight, but we saw everything we wanted to see and had a good time with the guide. She was very easy to understand and told us everything we needed to know.

We had 17 hrs transit in Shanghai so took this tour and we had a great day. Personal driver, knowledgable local guide Nora, lots of history. Nice lunch too.

I requested a full day tour with a car and driver so I could see some of the sites of Shanghai. I also wanted to see some sites but also see typical Shanghai lifestyle places to get idea of the real local culture. I was fortunate enough to receive Peggy as my tour guide and she was amazing. We saw Yu Garden and bazaar area, a Buddist temple with amazing perspective, had lunch at a local favorite restaurant, visited a local food market and walked thr Bund while discussing Chinese cultural and historical perspectives. I had an amazing time and can't say enough good things about my experience. I learned a ton and am truly happy I decided to have a guide for a day. They did a great job and I highly recommend using thier service.

Jenny was a great help in the planning of our 7 days tour of Jiangnan. With her help, we managed to cover Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Zhujiajiao in a week. Grace, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. We were able to easily make changes to the itinerary and focus on attractions that appealed to us more. In order to experience the high speed rail, Grace even helped us arrange for tickets at the last minute. Special kudos to our driver, Mr. Xia, who went from hotel to hotel with us when we were unsure which hotel we had booked. (There were a number of hotels with the same brand in the same area) Once again, many thanks to the team at Jenny’s! We will be back.

We had a message from Jennys China Tours the night before confirming our tour, we were then greeted by Grace at the hotel lobby in the following morning, the driver was ready to take us to all major attractions in Shanghai. Very well organised and good communication. Grace was very knowledgeable and very attentive. The tour was flexible, and Grace could accommodate our requests. I must mention about the driver’s skill in navigating through the heavy and sometime chaotic traffics, we felt safe with him in the car. The lunch was very good Shanghai cuisine, and the tea tasting was interesting. Overall, a very enjoyable tour with Grace, will definitely recommend it.

Absolutely amazing tour with Cathy. She showed us how awesome Shanghai is and it was perfect. She showed us everything and more of what we wanted to see. I truly recommend using Jenny's tour for anytime you are in Shanghai. We will definitely use them again when we travel to other places they cover. Thank you for making this an amazing time.

Great solo activity to do if you want to learn more about the culture and background of Shanghai. I had Peggy as a tour guide as well as a driver, they both made the experience so much better than if I had done it alone. Peggy was very professional and knowledgeable with facts about everything in Shanghai. She was very kind, patient and welcoming, always making sure I was okay, if I was tired or cold etc. She even assisted me with buying a ticket back to the airport. Tailoring the tour to my personal interests such as if I wanted to view more traditional Shanghai or more modern Shanghai.

I had a really great tour of Tongli with Grace. She was so informative and great to get along with... it was like two friends exploring the beautiful ancient water town. We saw the most beautiful places and tried lots of foods (PLEASE try the pork-soup-dumplings). The reason I chose this tour was on my first layover, I stayed in Shanghai on my own. I didn't know what I was looking at and it was REALLY complicated getting around with no service and no language-help. For my second layover, I only had 20-hours in Shanghai so I wanted to 'get out' and see a bit more 'China'. Jenny's tours were so simple and really well organised with amazing communication. It was worth the investment because I didn't have to 'figure anything out' and that extra brain was able to soak in the culture instead!

Kristy was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and informative. We had a specific Catholic site and it was perfect. Then we went to ancient Watertown which was also nice. She introduced us to some Japanese food that was delicious. Over all the best excursion of our 28 day cruise.

The tour was informative. Our guide, Peggy was great at guiding us. We also went to places I wanted to go to but was not part of the tour such as the awesome cafes of Shanghai.

Apple is good and professional. She is very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of China's philosophy at Yuan Gardern. She is also proactive and took great photos for us.

Jessie was my tour guide and she was really good at taking me to the point of interest that I wanted to, along with story telling the history of the place. She was very knowledgeable of the history of Shanghai and all the locations we visited. We had an amazing dim sum lunch at a local joint. we took bicycle around the town, throughout the day for a relaxed and enjoyable tour, that felt less touristy and more local.

I really want to give great compliments to Jenny’s arrangement of our visiting/dinning plans, and especially grateful of our tour guide, Troy, for being so helpful during our trip. We are a group of 6-8 people, all different, but everyone enjoyed this trip so much. Troy is gentle, well-mannered and very knowledgeable! His pleasant and warm personality simply made our trip much more comfortable. We flew to Hong Kong after our 3-day trip in Shanghai. I still remembered that everyone of us thought about how wonderful it would be if Troy was by our side… My sincere gratitude to Jenny and Troy. Without you both, we wouldn’t have had such great time in Shanghai. We will definitely keep in touch and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great visit! We are family of six with 2 kids and 1 elderly, the tour guide Troy was very knowledgeable and thoughtful as he accommodated our request to visit some other places in Shanghai that was not in the trip list. Fully recommended !

Our tour guide was Cathy who went over and above to make our day in Shanghai a day remember. She loves her city and managed to pass on her passion to us. Despite the rainy weather she made sure that we saw all the sights, organized transportatin, delicious lunch and provided a lot of historical and cultural commentary. Communications with Jenny were very easy. Highly recommended
