The guide makes the tour! we had never visited Dublin before but Miriam. being a native.made our tour a truly memorable experience. She treated us to Dublin’s complex history, traditions, quirks and everything that makes Dublin the unique, wonderful city. Plus Miriam has a great personality, is very warm and gracious . We can’t thank her enough for the day we spent with her in Dublin!!

Our guide Noel went out of his way to tailor our trip to Dublin with our requests, plus his own input and recommendations, which resulted in a magical day exploring the history and beauty of this region. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Noel was our tour guide and he was very easy to understand and talk to. He was full of so much knowledge and went above and beyond helping to make our day special. We got some great pictures and he tailored the day towards our interest. I would highly recommend that you ask for Noel as your tour guide in Dublin!

I have booked many times through Viator and every time they exceed my expectations! Miriam our driver for the day was fabulous! We got to see authentic Dublin a locals way. Car was comfortable the conversation informative and everything was perfect!

We did not receive a request about what we wanted to see in Dublin until late the night before our tour. We were at dinner until 9 pm so did not check our email. When we met Noel, he wanted to know what we wanted to see. A number of places we wanted to go to were sold out. While Noel did provide us with some options a number of the places we wanted to see ( the Book of Kells) did not have anything available. He was very good at getting us to some places. We were very disappointed in Viator as they had not contacted us before the night before. We had a very good experience with Tours by Locals in Belfast for a lot less than we paid Viator. We also had to pay for entrance fees to the places we selected. I don't think we will use Viator for future tours.

Paul was wonderful and we enjoyed spending our day with him. He recommended several spots we had not though of in our tour.

Noel was an amazing guide and human! He was very knowledgeable and shared true insight into the history of Ireland and all of our stops! He made our city tour easy and fun … which is hard to do with kids! Thank you Noel!

Vincent was an excellent tour guide! We had about 6 hours to see as much of the city as possible during a flight layover. He maximized our time and was very knowledgeable.

Brian was our guide for this super fun tour of Dublin by car…we highly recommend! Brian put together a custom tour based on our conversation…Dublin Bay, incredible views of Guinness Lake, lunch at Johnny Fox’s pub. Brian added his knowledgeable commentary from Dublin history and recent events. We were able to see what we wanted to see…so each tour can be unique! An added advantage, as a taxi driver he knows every inch of Dublin, and can drive in the special lane for buses and taxis!

We spent the most enjoyable day with Noel. He was informative, flexible and quite humorous! He had excellently recommendations and we thoroughly ghly enjoyed our day. We ran into him the next day while he was touring with other people and he still took the time to greet us like we were old friends. We highly recommend Noel!

We started out slow but overall we had a good time. We decided to go to Howth and had late lunch there. We saw beautiful scenery and highly recommend the tour.
