The Guide Omer Karaman was very kind and luckily for us there were only 3 of us. We could set our pace. He was good and knowledgeable. We just had a bit of trouble with the accent but was not a problem. Had a great time!

The Hagia Sophia mosque was spectacular. We did a lot of walking but it was all worth it. Guide was supposed to meet us at the entrance of the building. We could not find anyone holding an umbrella. After about 15 minutes, we received a call from the guide that he was in the garden past the entrance area and waiting for us. This was the only problem. Otherwise, it was a fantastic tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Love to go back to Istanbul, Michael B.

The guide didn’t show up so I didn’t go on the tour. I have a requested a refund and have yet to hear back.

Tour was very informative and covered a lot of the major highlights. However the description said the guide would take us around the Grand Bazaar but we were given an hour to navigate it ourselves. We also didn’t appreciate the ‘fashion show’ in the leather shop which got added during the tour. Having said that the guide was very knowledgeable.

We booked our tour yesterday. It was supposed to start at 10:00 today in front of Hagia Sophia. They sent an e-mail last night that pick up time was moved 45 minutes earlier. We certainly don’t keep on checking our mail continuously on holiday. We were waiting from 9:45 to 10:30 for our guide in huge crowd and approaching all the other guides to clarify the matter. Only to discover later during the day about the late e-mail and different pick up time. So we haven’t had our tour!

Disorganised communication as meeting place changed. Guide diid rescue us (Ugo) thankfully. He was friendly a nd patient . Some humour. OK overall. Persistent heavy rain but cleared by afternoon.

We had a great day, led by our guide Unal. We saw most of the major historical sites in Sultanahmet. Unal was so informative and patient.

It was one of the best experinces of us in Istanbul. Our day started early morning with visiting Hagia Sophia, and our very professional guide Unal Cakmak made us to feel comfortable within international group of tourists, and even more excited about our next tour sights. We appreciated a lot Unal's attention to every small detail during all the day. As for tour organization, everything was on time, the itinerary plan was ideal and private transfer car was pretty nice. For next Istanbul trip we have to book Bosphorus and Camlica tour at the same agency. Looking forward to joining that soon. Recommended!

Good++ guide lots of info avoided masses for most part ok lunch worth the money for quick take on hightligts

Was meant as a introduction to Istanbul city and sights. The tour guide was on time and communicative but lacked enthusiasm and almost felt like rushed with lack of information.

My wife and I enjoyed this walking tour. It covers all the key attraction in Istanbul. It is a good star of our 4 days stay in Istanbul. Unfortunately, this group needs to spend 30+ minutes for a fashion show in a cloth shop on the way to Grand Masque.

My mom and I did the full day tour of the best attractions in Istanbul. At the arranged time, Ensar picked us up to go to our first stop of the day. To our surprise we were the only ones on the tour today! The tours are usually packed, so we were extremely lucky to have a private tour with the best tour guide ever. Ensar knew everything about the historical sights we visited and his storytelling skills are amazing. He also made sure to give us enough free time to explore the sights ourselves. Honestly the best tour I've ever been on! Istanbul is a beautiful city that's worth the visit, and if you do, you should definitely consider doing this tour. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have Ensar as your guide.

This was not a full day walking tour or the tour that was advertised and paid for. First off he was late but we joined the queue for Hagia Sophia It soon became apparent the guide was not well versed and had to keep looking things up on his phone also took lots of phone calls. He constantly asked us to stop for coffee breaks to fill out time. He said we were no longer going to the cistern but heading off to the bizzar, not listed,as a lady was joining us, he took us to three places in there ,obviously he knew them and got commission as all the prices were more than double .... he got aggressive when we stopped and looked in other shops shouting come on we are leaving. Very disappointed as we could see lots of other tour guides that were clearly giving an enthusiastic great tour .

The buildings were beautiful the guide was very knowledgeable. Even with the rain it was a good experience. Sad that the Blue Mosque is under renovation until sometime in 2023.

I think the attention to detail from our guide, Ünal was fantastic. He knows so much about Istanbul and clearly loves his job. We had our curiosity quenched. He also kindly offered, after the tour officially ended to take us to the Basilica Cistern using his museum pass to skip the line. Worth every penny and then some!

The guide was very polite and knowledgeable. My only regret was that the Blue Mosque was under renovation and we could hardly see anything.

The whole experience was amazing! The driver was on time, and drove carefully (if you know Istanbul traffic 😅). The Old Town is beautiful and opens up the door to the past for visitors. But we wouldn’t enjoy it as much if it wasn’t for our tour guide Meric who is very knowledgeable in history and culture. He told us a lot of information that together with the views helped to build a better understanding of the history and the cultural heritage!
