Colombo city is magnificent and its Beauty is quite spectacular! Views were amazing as we traveled by tuk tuk around the city of Colombo. Our driver was Rawal who drove us proffessionaly while the tourguide Ramesh gave us lecture on the historical or cultural sites we visited. We enjoyed Our trip as always! We will Return again for sure!

I would say this is the best way to see Colombo! I booked this tour just hours before, and was picked up at the hostel by a smiling tour guide and a freshly opened coconut. The tour was easily adapted to my liking, with focus on food and drinks. Still, we took a trip around the different districts of Colombo, and I was introduced to the different buildings and the history of Colombo. The driver was well-known around the city and drove safely while at the same time explaining everything we saw. I went home very full of delicious food and with some great experiences. Would absolutely recommend this tour!

Me and my boyfriend went on this amazing til tuk tour today and had the greatest time ever. Kevi, our driver, started the trip with opening two delicious coconuts for us to enjoy on the ride. He did an amazing job in explaining and telling about the different places in the area. We really enjoyed seeing parts of the city where many locals hang out. Also we loved learning about the Hindu and Sri Lankan culture. This tour was just wonderful, great company, great stops and great food and beverages as well. We recommend this tour. I wanted to make the most of a layover in Colombo and this looked like a good option: I’m delighted that I decided to sign up as I had a brilliant time with Kavithan who made sure I was really well looked after!! I was arriving late morning and leaving the next day, early, so booked a hotel right beside the airport. Kavithan came to the airport to pick me up and then waited while I showered and relaxed for a while before we headed off. The tour was excellent, taking in beautiful temples, past and present government buildings and landmarks, a brilliant tea shop and, of course, food and juice. Kavithan was knowledgeable, great fun and even knew the best angles for photos!! The food and drink were delicious - I especially loved the hoppers 😍 I would definitely book another tour and look forward to doing so next time I am in Sri Lanka. I can’t recommend this enough 🤩

Experienced what felt like the “real” Colombo. Well worth it! The best use of 4 hours here and if you have the chance go take this tour! Ask for Maran. Really good guide and driver.

It was a surprisingly nice evening tour of Colombo! Our guide Maran, who has very good command of the English language, was full of interesting information about Colombo as well as the various important buildings, temples, attractions. He is a very good driver of the tuktuk. No sharp turns or jerky motions in the hectic, crowded and crazy roads shared by cars, bikes, motorcycles, push carts, people as well as cats and dogs. We started the tour with Maran opening up a couple of coconuts with straws for us to drink. It was the cutest beginning to the evening’s adventure! Ice cold bottles of water and beer in a box right behind our seat were well appreciated. The most interesting part of the tour (for us) was the walk through the local vegetable market where you get up close and see what is offered and the prevailing prices. The coffee and tea tastings seemed to promote the little stores and we purchased a few packets to take back as gifts. We weren’t pressure to buy anything which was nice. These shop keepers were very mild mannered and appreciative of our visit. We ate very delicious traditional Sri Lankan foods and ended our tour with our hearts and bellies full. Our suggestions: - do take this tour - it’s the best way to see Colombo without walking about on foot. - do wear loose and comfortable clothes that cover shoulders and legs. Makes entering temples problem free. Added benefit is less bites from mosquitoes that treat these tuktuks as their very own food tasting tour through Colombo. - do wear slip on shoes. Preferably nothing too nice. Your feet will get dirty walking around the temples barefoot and your prized Birkenstocks will be left needing a good cleaning! - do pace yourself eating, otherwise you might get too full to eat the delicious last dish. - do mind your wallets and purses. Better yet, leave valuables locked in your hotel. The crowds can sometimes feel overwhelming. - ask for Maran to be your guide. You will not regret it! Have fun out there!!

It was wonderful tour. Amazing experience to visit city all around along with food and drinks. Briefing of city and spots was done nicely. Dinner was superb for Indians looking for vegan option.

Two words...Come Hungry!! Riding a Tuk Tuk around town was fun and allowed us to see a lot of the city. Maran was such a great tour guide and genuinely cared about us. The food was delicious and there was a tea stop that gave you an in depth lesson on teas ☕

The tuk tuk tour with Maran was a fabulous way to see Colombo. And it's not just food you get to experience, we had specific stops for coffee, tea, and juice. Our tea tasting was wonderful and we learned a lot. But the food is what we signed up for and it did not disappoint. Make sure you come hungry and pace yourself. Maran was a fantastic tour guide and was able to provide history about Colombo as he expertly navigated the streets.

We arrived in Columbo following a 9 day tour of Sri Lanka and this was our final day before departing for home. Columbo is a vast City and the tour was an excellent way to see the highlights, enjoy some local street food..although we did struggle to eat it all..so much and such a variety! Maran was very knowledgeable, friendly and adapted the tour to suit us. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Columbo! Definitely want to do a return trip!

We decided to do this on our last night in Colombo before we left Sri Lanka and we had not had time to see much of the city. It was so much better than expected and we are so glad that we did it. Maran arrived at our hotel in his tuk tuk and had king coconut arrival drinks for us along with some snacks, we were off to a great start. We then went around the city stopping at various sights and he explained a lot about the area and the buildings. We visited a vegetable market which was great to experience local culture, we wouldn't have done this otherwise. There were also other stop offs for snacks and various drinks with a final food stop at a small Sri Lankan cafe where you try 2 meals and a curd for desert. I would definitely recommend this tour especially if you have limited time like we did.

A great way to spend our last evening in Sri Lanka. Maran was excellent. Go hungry as loads of food.

This was such a fun tour! No stress, got to see all the highlights & sample local food. Mariam was the best. Very accommodating and made sure we were happy. We sampled religious sites, historical points of interests and modern developments. Maram knows everything you want to know and puts on a great show! I highly recommend his tour!!

My wife and I spent a very pleasent time travelling around some of Colombos sites with Maran. He showed up at our hotel ahead of time. The food atops were excellent. We both really enjoyed this activity.

I was surprised with how good the tour actually was. The driver went out of his way to pick us up from our hotel in Negombo. The moment we go to the tuk tuk he was ready, waiting with coconuts for us to drink in the heat of the afternoon. He explained a lot ofthe history and future of a lot of sites in Colombo . The food was amazing, we ate in clean restaurants and we left full stomachs. Highly recommend
