The Aconcagua Tour was interesting, informative, fun and well-organized! We especially appreciated all the attention to detail from our guide, Frederico, and his driver. He stayed on schedule and allowed for several breaks for lunch, snacks, coffee, and restrooms. I especially enjoyed the interesting historical and geological information Frederico provided in both Spanish and English. This tour was a perfect way to experience this part of the Andes in only one day.

We had a fantastic guide, Federico, who spent the whole day recounting the history of the area and explaining the key sights along the way. And the views both from the bus and on the hike were absolutely spectacular. The hike is not strenuous and the journey was nicely broken up with bathroom breaks. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a fabulous trip with our guide, Freddy, and our driver, Gonzo. From their wonderful commentary to their humor to their attentiveness to the snack and lunch they provided, we could not have asked for a better experience!

My friends and me had such an amazing time doing the Aconcagua day hike! Roberto, our driver, drove us for about 3 hours through this amazing landscape while Federico told us everything about it. He spoke both English and French. During the hike, the speed was slow but steady so we wouldn’t be out of breath because of the height. They took such good care of us with lots of food and water. We had a great time and the views were breathtaking!

This was an amazing way to learn about the history and landscape of Mendoza and Aconcagua. Federico and Marcos were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Federico has been guiding Aconcagua for decades and clearly knows what he’s talking about, and spoke perfect English. We would definitely recommend this trip!

The operator is very good at communicating with us before during and after the tour. We felt like being very well taken care of and no anxiety before during the tour. There was a mud slide on the way back and we were stuck on the road. The operator immediately contacted us, asking us how we were doing… The tour guide Maggie(?, not sure how to spell) speaks good English and gave us a lot of attention even though we were the only two in the group speaking English. Highly recommend the tour with this company. Thank you so much. We had a lot of fun.

It was a wonderful tour. We had a bilingual tour, and our guide was excellent. We didn’t stop for dinner, they provided sandwiches, which were very good, and we had a picnic in the park. It was lovely. Communication with the company was great from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend.

Dani and Fredirico were great guides. Lunch was the bagged type but still good. It is a great way to learn about the area and understand what it takes to summit such a mountain. This intro trip is long in the car but broken up well with the very knowledgable guides. We enjoyed trip and amazing scenery.

Federico and Daniel are very caring and knowledgeable, their organisation is absolutely flawless! The hike and the views were breathtaking and we even got to sample alfajores.

Really nice tour! Our guide (Nico) was great and very inclusive. We got to see a bunch of things; The stops along the way were unique and well thought out. Of necessity, you do spend a lot of time in a van, though.

We had a brilliant day trip to view Aconcagua. Our guide Federico was excellent and gave us lots of information about the area. To get so close to the Andes was a real bucket list item for me, an awesome day trip.

It’s always been a dream of mine to hike the Andes. The drive up the mountains was fantastic and the stops along the way were beautiful. Frederick and Danny were fantastic guides and very accommodating for us as English speakers.

The Kahuak team were excellent throughout. They even looked after our bags whilst we were on the tour. Highly recommend this tour. Expertly guided by Frederico and driver Roberto. They made sure that we understood everything in Spanish as well as English, being very attentive throughout. We had a great experience and sure you will have too. One of the better day trips we have been on, without too much wasted time at gift shops and restaurants. All extras included apart from entry to Aconcagua provincial park, which has to be paid separately (Kahuak staff explain this very well too) Muchas gracias

Beautiful place, unforgettable! The experience was excelent, really enjoyable day, great guide with interesting information all along. I highly recommend it.

The entire day was fabulous- the roads, the stops we made along the way, the visit the the Inca bridge and Portillo lake, all fantastic. Then you arrive at the Aconcagua national park and you are in awe. The one item I was concerned about, was getting carsick on the way there and back. Driving through the mountains tends to make me sick. This is an amazing road, well-built and safe. I didn’t feel carsick at all the entire day.
