Once we walked far enough down the corridor to see my name at the airport, the vacation was off to an excellent start. The cold bottle of water was much appreciated. Manny is the perfect combination of friendly and professionalism. Highly recommended and much better than the transport that Sunwing was selling.

My drivers both and from Punta Cana Airport were excellent- and went well above and my expectations! The Chevy Suburbans were spotless; well detailed and luxurious with leather seating- very comfortable. After a long flight I was given exactly the kind of welcome and service that offered time to stretch out and relax before checking into The Westin Punta Cana. Upon check out, my driver was early, courteous and very helpful- all hallmarks of a professional livery/limo service. I will certainly use your service again during my next visit to Punta Cana and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our driver arrived to pick us up at the entrance of our hotel. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than the agreed appointment, just in case. He was very polite, well dressed and kind. The car was clean and nice. We got to the airport comfortably and on time, it was a great service. Big thank you to our driver Mr. Edwin Rafael, you are great!

I highly suggest asking for Edwin Vasquez. He was very prompt and he exactly were he said he would be. On our trip back to the airport my son got sick. He was so understanding and kind to him. He was such a life saver. Excellent service!! Thanks Again Edwin!!!

This service was excellent . The prices are reasonable and the drivers are punctual. They send you a message 24 hours before with the driver’s name and picture so you know exactly who to expect. I had originally booked only from the airport to the hotel but after the attention we received including the child seat, I decided to book it back as well. I have been to Punta Cana twice before and always grabbed a taxi at the airport and we were charged an arm and a leg for it so this time we decided to book ahead of time and it was so worth it!

I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided. I originally book a service as part of my travel package that was non responsive. I had to cancel two days before travel and found luxury airport transfers. Contact them on Facebook and the response was immediate courteous and professional. Our driver Dulce was waiting for us at the airport on time provided us with cold water and was very nice and friendly! She provided the same great level of service on our return trip! Luxury Airport Transfer kept us up to date with any information we needed to ensure smooth travel. Very responsive, professional, A++ service !!!
