Fantastic

We had a very lovely day with Martin! He gave us so many information and tips about Tulum and the surroundings. We were very lucky to see manatees and a crocodile thanks to martin and the boat driver!

Wonderful day. Beyond expectations! Well organized company, friendly knowledgeable guides, very competent drivers and boat captains. Very much recommended.

It was such a fun trip. We got to see lots of different birds and fish as well as manatees and crocodiles. Lea and Martin were our guides. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful!

We were so disappointed by this trip. The guide was nice but we couldn’t do snorkelling, there where no other activities planned instead, not a visit of a Cenote in case of bad weather as they mentioned on the description. To kill the time, they left us for a walk in a “beach” with trash. Also, it mentioned 6 hours but it’s more 4 hours in reality. I would not recommend it. Much too expansive !

The guide Martin is a super nice person and does a great job! At the beginning Martin translated first in Spanish and then into English. Later you probably had to ask him 5-6 times what he said in Spanish because he didn't translate it into English. We couldn't snorkel in the mangroves because the weather didn't allow it (they can't help it). Instead we were parked on a sandbank that had been overlooked by rubbish, where I also injured my foot. Afterwards we ate something in a “restaurant” my partner got a dish that was dripping with fat. My food was okay, cold but I had chicken with vegetables and rice. At the end we went to a pretty nice cenote with a cold beer to compensate for not being able to snorkel. That saved the trip somewhat! In the end we had to pay another $20 because our hotel wasn't in the Tulum hotel zone (15 minutes), paid way too much money (€341), didn't see enough! A pity!

The guide was very nice, the meal was very good, we were able to see 2 crocodiles, birds and a few manatees sticking their heads out of the water but unfortunately the excursion did not live up to our expectations when you pay 165 €/person… we only stayed 3 hours on the boat, it was our most expensive excursion of our stay and unfortunately not the best

I loved this excursion, thanks to our great guide Lea we were able to observe magnificent flora and fauna both on the boat and in the water, very good meal with a splendid view of the turquoise waters, excellent transport.

Lea behaved spectacularly and very professional. With a lot of knowledge. Maca, the other guide, also worked the same way with the other group. Everything we expected

Lucky that our Discovery (6 hours) was rebooked to the Adventure Tour (12 hours). Communication with Ibeth was great! I highly recommend the long tour! It's more relaxed. An attempt is made to show all animals in the bio-reserve, always with respect for them and distance. The animals come by themselves! Airy long clothing is important as 3 out of 6 people on the boat are constantly half in the sun. There is a roof for shade, but not enough. The ride is bumpy (no comfort deluxe boat;-)) but bearable. Land always in sight. Each guest is currently offered 1 liter of water. Lea (speaks Spanish/English/German!) and Martin (English/Spanish) do their job really well. They are well equipped to show the flora and fauna in a book or with binoculars. 1 hour snorkeling, 30 minutes bath in the crystal clear water, 1 hour dinner in Punta Allen. The food is ok. Fish/meat/veggie with salad/rice 2 hours arrival/departure, rest driven through the mangroves

Amazing trip!!! Highly recommend if you want a moment out of time. We did the 6 hour tour and saw all kind of animals. The lunch was good with an amazing view and access to a private beach.

We went with the guide Pablo. Super nice guy, funny and ass horny laugh. The tour was littered with wonderful, untouched nature and wild and rare animals. Lunch was delicious and the local residents were very nice too. The tour is worth every penny.
