Brilliant trip and extremely well organised too. Matt our tour guide was truly legendary himself, such a happy funny man. There was a long drive to the skiing and when there we had all the equipment given to us to use, we had the ski instructors too and really couldn’t fault it. Next onto the thermal baths, which is a brilliant building, take care as all the signs are in Polish, but the staff are very polite. Lovely trip at a good price and thanks to Matt for making it even more enjoyable.

We did the skiing first which I really enjoyed - although my partner not so much as he couldn’t get to grips with it😂 also, there was only really one slope which was huge and quite overwhelming if you haven’t skiid much before, there is supposed to be a smaller one however it’s not even a slope really it’s pointless going. I did find some of the staff at the ski resort rude and unhelpful although one in particular was nice. The thermal baths was after and the view was amazing! It does get quite busy even with locals but it was still a lovely experience! We didn’t get any photos as we didn’t know we were allowed to take our phones in and was worried we would drop them so I would advise taking a waterproof pouch if you want to get pictures! The food at the baths however isn’t great, if you like polish cuisine then it’s fine but the only ‘English’ food was chicken nuggets and chips which wasn’t great although the portion was really big! The driver arrived promptly to collect us and was polite throughout the whole tour! He was easily available to escort us where we needed to be and nothing was too much trouble for him! Would recommend this trip to those visiting krakow!

Great day from start to finish. Our tour guide was amazing, gave us great recommendations and really went the extra mile to help us have the best experience. The views were amazing and the Thermal Baths were a great price for how long you got to stay.

The tour was with Milo in the car and was amazing. To start with he was on time in the morning for pickup and the visit to Skii and Thermal pool was arranged as planned.

Janek has been instrumental for this unforgettable trip. The description of the tour is to the point, nothing is exaggerated and definitely worth doing. The combination of a professional tour company and a caring driver/tour guide is what makes such trips special. Thanks Janek

Amazing day. JANEK was a fantastic guide. He made sure we had everything we needed to have the best day. We went skiing first. As it was my first time skiing it was a great place to practise and become confident. We had lovely traditional food in the Thermal spa. There was music, a swim up pool bar and as the sun set the lights came on and was a lovely atmosphere with friends. Would definitely recommend and we will 100% recommend and when we return we will be doing this trip again. Thank you Janek for being a wonderful host.

Wow! What an amazing day out. Skiing was very fun and easy going and just a 5 minute drive to the thermal baths from the slopes which were amazing! Our day was made so much better by our amazing guide Janek! He was so helpful, fun, accommodating and a great addition to an already amazing day! Thank you Janek for a great day out.

Skiing was basic but fun. Well organised. Thermal baths were brilliant. Outdoor pools with swim up bar were the highlights. Facilities well-organised and cleverly done. Our driver Piotr was extremely reliable and friendly, giving us great tips for a night out

Good skiing slope for beginners, including instructors. Thermal bath was a bit overcrowded, but thanks to Janek we didn't stand in a que for any second. Great driver with excelent attitude

It was such a great day! The ski was really fun and the thermal baths couldn't be a better way for finishing the day in a relaxing way. Janek is a great driver and a really friendly person who made our trip enjoyable in every possible way. Highly recommended!

Wow 5/5. This was by far the most memorable day of our holiday. Our driver Janek really made the day. Punctual on pick up, friendly and kind from start to finish. My sister was unwell during the trip and travel sick, he was so kind, understanding and patient with her. He looked after her while I skied to give me peace of mind, got her medication and water, allowed her to sleep in his car which allowed her to recover and carry on for the thermal springs. Skiing was fantastic 2 small slopes but great for beginners or those wanting to improve turns. Equipment included boots, skis, helmet and poles. Thermal springs was such a unique experience, that we will never forget really relaxing and scenic. Highly recommend and well worth the money. Thank you Janek for your kindness, patience and friendly approach.

We had the best time with the most helpful and kind guide (called Wojtek) Loved every minute of it and instantly booked another ski trip with this company. Definitely recommend booking and also asking for Wojtek or Michal :)

Fun day, Peter our driver was great. Nice pub recommendation CK Browar, really liked the wheat beer. Krakow is beautiful, will visit again.

Our tour guide was super friendly and helpful. It was just myself and my partner who had the excursion to ourselves so it felt very personal. Our tour guide was always around and asking us if we needed anything and the over all experience was great, we had a lot of fun.

Both activities were excellent , very well organized and planned, our driver Milo (Miłosz) was so helpful, friendly and helped us with anything we needed.
