Top quality service! It starts by reminding me of the schedule the day before by whatsapp. Both times the driver arrived beforehand and was professional. I needed to reschedule and it was easy and smooth. Only are to improve is that, by default, driver opts by the cheapest itinerary and I wanted the fastest even if I had to pay toll. My recommendation is that the driver asks at the beginning what is the preferred option

This company has it nailed down!!! We easily found them at the airport, shuttle was fast but safe, they got our ferry tickets, and there was the taxi also easily found on Holbox. It was the same in reverse on our departure day. Flawless!!!! I highly recommend this company for transfers.

We arranged a complete trip from our hotel on Holbox to the Cancun airport, to include cab at the hotel, transfer to the Chiquila ferry, and then shuttle to the airport. It started out with some anxiety as the island cab was over 30 min late, so we missed the planned ferry. We arrived in Chiquila late, and hadn't been provided with details on how and exactly where to meet the driver. But he found us in the parking lot, and we successfully made it to the airport. All in all, it worked out as planned, but with a little bit of concern at the beginning.

This was a round trip, private, transfer from our Cancún villa to Holbox. EVERYTHING went off as expected and promised. The driver to was 5 minutes early, the driver was safe, courteous, and we made it in just over 2 hours. He provided the ferry tickets. Then when we got to Isla Holbox, the taxi was waiting with our name in a board and took us directly to the Mystique Holbox. On the return, again, the taxi was waiting at the hotel at the determined departure time, got us to the ferry, and had our ferry tickets ready. When we arrived back at Chicuila they were waiting again for us and we arrived safely back at our villa in same 2 hours. This driver, like the first, was courteous, safe. The private price was fair, the service outstanding. Don’t forget to tip the drivers. We also had this company last year for a Cancún whaleshark adventure, also outstanding, which is why we used them again.

We spent a month in the Yucatan and experienced dozens of transport companies and tour companies and this company stood out. We had booked them for a transport from Merida to the ferry to Holbox. My husband ended up in the hospital the night before our departure. I emailed them but it was after they had departed from and they were incredibly accommodating even though by the time I told them about our situation their driver had already started the 4 hour drive to Merida and had arrived before they got my message. They were so kind. Jesus apologized to US that it didn't work When I mentioned that we still needed transport from Holbox to the Cancun airport, he immediately offered to transport us for the price we paid for the prior transport, that to be honest, was our problem, not theirs.

I booked three transports over a 7 day trip. Each trip, the driver was on time, professional and friendly. The van was clean and the air conditioning worked perfect. I will definitely use your services again.

This was our second time using Jesus Pech and Holbox Adventure for transportation from Cancun to Holbox. The only issue we had this time was there was no taxi waiting for us when we got off the ferry from Chiquila. Not big deal (it was only $5 USD to get to our hotel, but booking the private transport it was supposed to be included. I highly recommend paying a little extra to have your driver use the new toll road; it saves about 20 min of drive time to the Chiquila ferry and after a long flight, you just want to get to your destination and relax. HIGHLY recommend this service and we'll use them on our next trip to Holbox.
