Elvin was a great driver and very friendly. Our arrival flight was delayed 3 hours and we arrived late am the next day but he waited for us and communicated with us via text. No issues, felt safe. Only -1 due to the private transportation was a bit of a run down van. But it was comfy and got us where we need to go. Recommended for short trips.

We had a great experience with Diamond Tours on our recent trip to the DR. I realized I’d forgotten to book transportation and was able to easily book a same day transfer during a layover. When we reached the airport they were waiting for us. The driver was very nice and helpful to my mom who is disabled. We felt safe and well cared for. I would recommend them unreservedly!

Diamond did an outstanding job transporting us from the airport to our resort, Iberostar, and later back to the airport. The drivers drove responsibly, they were professional and friendly. Jessica did outstanding as well, assisting us in booking the transfers, confirming with us shortly before our trips, and following up to make sure all went as planned. We will definitely use Diamond on our next visit, which hopefully will be soon!

Diamond transportation was great. They were very accommodating with requests for transportation within 24 hours to and from the airport to our resort for a last minute long weekend getaway. Ride was clean and felt very safe. Upgrade for cold beer and water for $10 made the ride even more enjoyable. Elvin, our driver to the airport on our return was very friendly and even played some Dominican music for us upon request. Highly recommend using Diamond for all your transportation needs while in the DR.
