This tour was highly rated and even then it still exceeded our expectations. The tour guide (Jasmine) was very kind, funny, informative, and helped us learn a lot about the culture / ingredients / flavors and of course how to cook a great meal. The market tour was a very nice touch as we got to see how the locals buy ingredients and what they look for. The cooking experience was really well done. One thing to note is you will be eating a lot of food - so make sure you come hungry! We got to select our custom meal of choice, and she even ensured she took into account all of our dietary restrictions (including allergies and preferences). We prepped and cooked each meal fresh from scratch, then sat down as a group to eat each course. An overall amazing experience with a very intimate feel (the class sizes are nice and small). Highly recommend this for all types of travelers or anyone who wants to learn about Thai culture and cooking. Thank you Thai Akha, Jasmine, and team!

Incredible experience of shopping in the market and cooking! I loved the intimate setting with only 6 people in our class. I wanted to make sure we got the 1:1 attention. Being a vegetarian and allergic to nuts Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care without compromising anyone else’s experience. We got to pick the dishes we wanted to make and she was able to facilitate ton ensure everyone got to learn their individual dishes!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality and personalized experience!!

Absolutely amazing experience. So much amazing food and the visit to the market helped show the amazing offerings Chaing Mai has to offer which then goes into your food that you cook! The guide was hilarious and made things a lot of fun and knowledgeable. Would 100% do again.

We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class. Highly recommend the morning class with the market. We had such a great day eating and trying new flavours. Our instructor was so lovely and engaging and the class was well organized and easy to follow, even if you don’t have cooking experience.

Being part of real Thai life was a very nice experience. Learning new things! Making all these wonderful dishes from scratch is very satisfying.

This cooking class is phenomenal! Niti was funny, nice, knowledgeable and made the class fantastic.the markets was fun and saw many thing I wouldn’t have seen or know with out her touring us around. All the food we made was delicious! So come hungry! Don’t eat breakfast if doing the morning class. Five star class!

Market tour was very-well organized and informative. Cooking school, interspersed with food tasting, was lots of fun and delicious. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone with an appetite! Facilities were spic and span, everything was well laid out.

Amazing cooking class. The food was delicious, we couldn’t believe we made it ourselves. You make more than enough food so don’t eat before going. The people were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.
