Seeing the sights on the Freedom Trail was great but our guide, Maureen, made everything come to life. Not only was she so knowledgeable but she passionate about her description of each stop and the historical events that tied into each stop. I had originally planned for my family and I to walk the tour ourselves but we never would have gotten the stories behind the sites to the extent we did by doing it ourselves.

Gianna Rossi was an excellent guide. Took her time and was very knowledgeable and kind. We will certainly recommend this tour to others, particularly if they can have Gianna as their guide.

This is a great tour. The historial progression during the tour was incredible, and the amount of information that we learnt was neverending. Our guide was the best, full of energy and willing to anser all the questions we had, no matter how simple or "dumb" they were. If you want to get a full historical tour of Boston given by a person passionate about history, this is the tour for you.

I strongly advise against booking trips through Viator, especially if there's a chance of bad weather. My experience on April 19th was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Scheduled for a 10:30 AM outing, we were met with heavy rain that morning, with forecasts indicating it would last until noon and continue as light rain well into the afternoon. Concerned for my health, as I was beginning to feel sick due to the weather, I made multiple attempts to cancel or reschedule, starting from 8 AM. I called Viator's customer service four times, seeking assistance and a possible cancellation or rescheduling due to the rain and my worsening health condition. Each time, I was simply told that any decision regarding refunds or cancellations was up to the local operators and that Viator's hands were tied. There was no attempt to negotiate or advocate on my behalf, nor any genuine concern for my well-being. The lack of support and flexibility in handling situations affected by weather was not only disheartening but also left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. Ultimately, I chose not to risk my health and missed the trip. All Viator cared about was retaining the payment, with no regard for customer experience or safety. Please consider this experience before booking through Viator. In cases of unforeseen issues like poor weather, their inability to provide reasonable customer service can seriously impact your plans and well-being.
