Our driver was great! Courteous, professional, and on time. He transported me and my family (total of 14 passengers) from FLL to Miami hotel. The kids had a ball on the "baddie bus" lol! We used Viator twice. From Fort Lauderdale airport to Miramar fl hotel. That ride was great !! We used viator the next morning for transfer to cruise port from Miramar. The driver showed up at the hotel with a youcon suv for 7 passengers and the luggage. Luckily we had two people that drove so 2 of our 7 had to ride with them
