It was a good set of attractions.

I would like to request for a full refund of my money. This tour was not what was advertised. It states it is a sunset and wine tasting tour. However, the tour started at 7:30 and it was dark out when the tour began. Secondly, our tour guide barely spoke English, and there was one other couple who did not speak English, and she had to translate after telling us about the sites. Also, this is advertised as a winetasting tour. We were 40 minutes into the tour and had not had one sip of any type of wine. Therefore we had to inform the tour guide that we would discontinue the tour.

What a great idea to have a sunset tour and with wine. The group was small, and it was nice to learn a bit about Florence. The wine and snack were nice. The issue was primarily that the guide spoke very minimal English and had to try and figure out what she was saying. I actually understood more with my limited italian hearing the man in the store talk about the wines and did than the guide shared. The man at the store with the wine was going to give us nice glasses but we had to use these plastic ones sge gave us. Not sure why or why we had to carry them since the meeting point . Also, she left us at the end and not at the original meeting point. She didn't make sure that we knew where we were but v it was over and she was gone. I had no signal there so a hard time finding my way back

We booked sunset sightseeing and winetasting and expected tour with wine and information. But this was sightseeing and some wine in the end. Not wat it was sold in as.

Excellent - really informative about the history of Florence!

We arrived at the meeting point at the indicated time and the guide never showed up. Neither the app nor the provider contacted us to let us know that the tour had been cancelled. I communicated via email and they told me that they would refund my money but the days that they had indicated to me have passed and they still have not returned my money :(

Very nice, competent guide. Very informative. The subsequent wine tasting was with very good wines and delicious salami and cheese.

It has exceeded my expectations, the guide is very professional and charming
