Great time spent making pizza and learning how to make gelato at home. Both instructors were knowledgeable and helpful with everyone. The class was hands one and a great time. It was fun just to interact with other people in Florence for their trips.

We had such an amazing time. Chef Stefano and Alice were fantastic. They seemed to really love what they do. They made the class fun and entertaining. The pizza and Gelato came out amazing. They emailed the recipes to us so that we can make it at home. We met so many people and had a blast. Of course we drank some chianti as well. I highly recommend this cooking class!

Chef Alice was very entertaining and provide some very informative knowledge on both pizza and Gelato making. The best cooking we have been to in many years. I would highly recommend this class.

Maria was an excellent chef and a wonderful teacher. Absolutely loved and enjoyed the experience. She took the time to answer our questions and gave us good recommendations and tips to move around Florence.

Gr8 experience. Chef David was awesome. Will definitely make pizza when we get home. Galato probably not Only issue was downloading cookbook as internet from the school was weak. Had to download from hotel room the next day.

A great class to learn how to make pizza and gelato. The chefs were entertaining and they explained everything well. All our pizzas and gelato turned out well and they were delicious!

This was super fun! I actually learned a lot about what makes a good pizza dough. The end product was delicious! The gelato was amazing as well. Great chef, would recommend!

We had the best time learning how to make pizza and gelato. I booked this for my foodie husband, but I had a blast as well. We got to drink local wine and learn so much about the history of pizza and gelato. We also got to meet and chat with other travelers at our table, which was another highlight. We couldn’t recommend this class enough!

We really had a great experience making pizza and gelato. The instructor, Frederico, was outstanding. He was engaging and provided great instruction. The time was well managed and there was no idle time. Great experience and great food. 100% recommend for all ages. My teenage daughter and I had a great time!

very nice proffessional space. small enough group to feel you get to hear well, and ask.questions.. you can not control the people you are in class with.. children's hands and double dipping to taste was unpleasant..

We loved learning the process...and the impact of using the double 00 flour and other ingredients. Our instructor, Alice was amazing! So informative and we loved how she shared the history of the food. Would definitely recommend!!

Great class. Educational, fun and pizza came out so good! My 14 year old son thought it was one of the highlights of our trip!
