Would recommend this to anyone coming to Florence! Was such a great way to learn the history of Florence especially after a long day of walking, was so nice to sit back and relax!

We had a wonderful tour with Stefano. Florence at dusk. He took us in a rickshaw to places we would never have seen otherwise.

The best way to see Florence. Stefano was such an enthusiastic and interesting guide, who showed us all the main sites as well as some interesting little facts we never would have known ourselves. He was so friendly and his knowledge of the history of Florence was amazing. I took my partner away for a short weekend break for her 30th birthday and Stefano’s tour was recommended by a friend who had visited last year on honeymoon. The tour was the highlight of our trip and I would not hesitate to recommend to Stefano to anyone visiting Florence. He was friendly, polite and so accommodating. Not only this but his knowledge of Florence was amazing. The tour did not feel rushed and he was very generous with his time. We left feeling very well informed about Florence with loads of useful facts to take home and discuss during the duration of our trip. You must book this tour when visiting Florence!

We had a wonderful afternoon trip with Ivan in the rickshaw. He picked us up from the bar we were sitting outside and showed us the sights of Florence with a really knowledgeable commentary to go with it. A memorable couple of hours, and the company themselves were really easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Stefano is amazing! Since the very beginning he is very friendly and helpful, offering to help with the planning and giving suggestions. I travel with my husband and our 1.5 years old at the time, and it was such an unforgettable experience. Stefano is really knowledgeable, able to give us an overview of what Florence is and was, as well as the history of the places we visit. Rickshaw is a very practical choice because Florence city center is a pedestrian-only area, with lots of cobble stones (not all is stroller friendly). He went above and beyond and we love every second of our tour! He is well known by the locals too, we had the most amazing lampredotto in the middle of the trip (and he offered happily to entertain our toddler while we ate!) For me & my husband this rickshaw tour is one of the highlight of our trip in Florence. Thank you so much Stefano!

Stephano was simply amazing! His knowledge and passion for Florence was easily transferred to us. His tour was the best one I have experienced not only on Viator but also with personal guides. He was able to pick us up at one location and drop us at the train station making the most of our short time in Florence. We learned more on his tour than we did on the earlier 4 hour tour of the city. Can not express our gratitude and enjoyment of his company. Truly our favorite event of our two weeks in Italy.

We had a fabulous tour around Florence and our guide was extremely knowledgable and more than happy to answer any questions we had. We only arrived in Florence the same day so it was a great way to get our bearings and see all the top sights. The communication prior to and after the tour was top class. We had a great time being guided through the streets of Florence with Stefano. We recommend doing this early in your visit as it gives you the lay of the land. If you're like us and are not the biggest museum people but like learning about the city, we couldn't recommend this enough. Stefano had endless amounts of knowledge and spoke English very well.

We arrived in Florence at midday , checked into our apartment and hopped straight into the rickshaw at 1pm. Ivan kindly collected us from our apartment as I have difficulty walking which was so lovely of him. It was pouring with rain but a warm blanket and a substantial cover made the whole trip super comfortable. Ivan took us to the main attractions which were stunning and his knowledge was incredible but it was the backstreets that gave us so much enjoyment and not passable by cars. Ivan showed us the restaurants and coffee shops off the tourist track which we visited during our 5 day break and they were all fabulous and half the price of their “famous” competitors. I would do it all again without a doubt.

We had Ivan as our tour guide. The rickshaw service was such a fun and unique way to experience the beautiful city of Florence. We had walked past a few spots he stopped but didn’t know any of the details to the buildings or signage. Ivan shared so many interesting historical facts and took pictures of us at every spot so that we can have the memories to last a lifetime!!

This was a really nice way to see Florence. Our guide was wonderful and very helpful. He gave us local recommendations of places to do and things to eat, and also what places to avoid that are tourist traps.
