Given the cost of the tour, I had different expectations, the guide was not very engaging

It was informational , booked for 2.5 hrs. Guide said it was 2 which was fine, she walked very slow and did a lot of window shopping along the way. We did see parts of Ferrara we wouldn’t have known go to. She was very nice and knowledgeable otherwise. Glad we did it but it was to expensive for what we got.
