This was a waste of money and very disorganized. There was absolutely no added value on this tour. We couldn’t hear a word that the tour leader said. Other groups had headsets. That would have made a huge difference! We really have no idea what we paid for. Sadly, a big disappointment.

We had a mishap with our alloted time and missed it but girl in Julia's tour helpful and phoned the guide to let us in and rushed round and found him waiting at entrance. Once in the guide Mark was very knowledgeable and took the tour at a good pace as inside was very very busy.An enjoyable tour.

Oliver gave a great tour of the Sagrada familia! He was very informative and gave the tour in both English and Spanish very fluidly.

It is a very smart plan to book an excursion fo see the inside of the La Sagrada Familia to avoid a long wait. And YES it is Beautiful to see the inside of La Sagrada Familia. We had booked an English - Monolingual tour. And of course the single language tours are not offered frequently. Our time was last of last of day. It was a very large group. The tour guide did not let us know until we had walked from the meeting site (Julia Travels) to the church that she did not speak English well but she had been "forced to do this tour" She did her best. But her English was very much FRENCH and she struggled to find the words she needed. This made it nearly impossible to know what we were seeing, history, etc. Afterward Julia travels refused to give us a refund, they blamed Viator. So be very carelful about the details (language of tour). We have talked to Viator and we will know in a few daays if they are refunding the cost of this tour. So again when something goes wrong speak up nicely and likely Viator will make it right!!! And be prepared for the bumps that occur with travel. Dont' be an angry traveler!!

Great energy, the tour was amazing and she made us laugh at the same time that giving a lot of interesting information and more.

This was a great way to get a tour of La Sagrada Familia. Sara was knowledgeable and gave us time to get plenty of pictures. I'd definitely book this tour again!

Our guide was informative, personable and fun, however, the constant switching from Spanish to English was extremely difficult to follow. We highly recommend that you run English and Spanish tours separately. We feel the price should allow you to do this!

Our tour guide was very knowlegable and did a great job explaining the history of the Sagrada Familia. We had to leave the tour early due to sickness but we both enjoyed it.

Basilica is gorgeous and this tour was great! Victorr was very knowledgeable, and friendly. 1 1/2 hr tour with right amount of details. Highly recommend to skip the lines and appreciate the beautiful architecture!

This was the worst experience I had with Viator. After booking my tour, I noticed it had the wrong time. I immediately changed it and Viator confirmed it. When we showed up for the tour, the tour operator did not honor our confirmed reservation. They explained that they had rejected it with Viator and they should have advised us. But they did not. It was a very bad experience. And now we are having to fight Viator for a refund. All around a very bad experience. Be careful.
