Fantastic experience 👏 by guide Mr Rabi,he explains the history of Dhaka and we managed to visit many iconic places in Dhaka.

This is not for the faint hearted! Dhaka is an assault on all the senses! Mr Rabbi was a knowledgeable & friendly guide who managed to cram so much into the day. The traffic was terrible due to a strike the next day so when we could not proceed in the car we walked, caught a rickshaw & then a tuk tuk which was even more fun. Tourists are a novelty so be prepared to stop, chat & be photographed. The local people are very friendly. Go with a flexible attitude & you will have a great time.

An excellent day and a super guide. It was a difficult day to negotiate with strikes and social unrest, but our guide knew the safe routes and we were able to visit lots of interesting places

OK day based on the troubles in Dhaka.However if you suffer from any physical or health problems this tour is not for you.Guide seemed to march on with me struggling to keep up.Think this may be because he wanted the tour to end ASAP due to the problems.

Jafar was an amazing tour guide. I saw a part of the city that I would not have been able to without his local knowledge and expertise. I left with a greater understanding of Dhaka and Bangladesh.

I had an amazing day tour of Dhaka city, including old city, shipyard, Sonargaon areas including a boat trip to the Naul Chor island on the Meghna river. My guide, Jafar was professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to customize the tour based on my preference for market visits, boat rides, mosques and a local village experience. Due to Jafar’s flexibility and local knowledge we were able to cover a lot of ground in one day while not feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Dhaka!

Great day with Jaffar who tailored our tour to work around what we’d already seen! Everything went smoothly, despite the traffic. He was on time, the driver was safe and the sights were great.

We had a fantastic time discovering the old Dhaka with Jafar! He’s really knowledgeable, friendly and flexible (and also very brave when it comes to crossing the streets, but I guess it’s because he’s used to used :)). It was a fully packed itinerary but despite the traffic we managed to see everything in time thanks to his perfect organisation.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in exploring Dhaka (old and new) and learning about the history of Bangladesh. Dhaka is a very chaotic city, and you really need an experienced tour guide to see the sites. Rabbi was my guide and he was excellent - very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. It was a long tour but well worth it; I feel like I really got to know the city in just one day and I learned so much along the way! It was an adventure, and one I will remember for sometime.

Jafar did a fine job with this day-long tour. He paced it a bit slowly, but by the time we got to the dock yards, did the boat crossings, etc. - it was appropriate to my needs. Today (May 1st) is Labor Day for much of the world, so museums, etc. were closed, but the traffic was also light and I had a most enjoyable day. Transportation included private car (mostly), Rickshaw and small boat.

I enjoyed two amazing days in Dhaka and was happy to have Jafar as my guide! In addition to some interesting tourist attractions, he also showed me some places where I got to know the "real and hard life" of this city. The tour is a great opportunity to get a taste of Dhaka. I am happy about this experience and definitely recommend the tour!

I actually did more than the Dhaka tour with them. I also did the Sonargaon tour in the Dhaka area. I recommend both most highly. The ship breaking yard is more interesting than you might think, but all of the tour is great. Dhaka would be a bit too much to do on your own. Jafar and his assistants were a great help. There were some changes forced on my trip to Barisal and Bagarhat (ships were cancelled) and Jafar was able to fix everything up in a few hours and I was able to do everything that had been on the itinerary (except launches). I was very happy with Jafar and his two assistants who also guided us around.

Due to the fact that on our first day in Bangladesh, we already saw few attractions in old Dhaka, we decided with Jafar (our great Tour Guide) to visit the Breaking Yard ship only. Wowow... such an interesting place.

My mom, husband, son, and I had an amazing time with Jaafar. My mom, who grew up outside of Dhaka, raved about how we did and saw things she had never dreamed of before. Everything was timed perfectly, transportation was amazing, and the historical commentary was on point. Highly recommend!!!

I have done a City Tour including Dhaka Shipyard with Jafar from Taabu Tour. He was recommended by one of my family. I enjoyed the entire day with him and learned a lot about Bangladesh! I highly recommend him.
