We are a group of four girls who wanted to get to the Golden Bridge before all of the tour buses arrived so we could take some decent photos. We really lucked out with our guide, Can, who was a real pro. He got us there ahead of the traffic and craziness, and got us onto the bridge before any of the other tourists showed up (minus those who had stayed overnight). We were the first ones on the cable cars going up Ba Na Hills, right after all of the staff, which meant we got some great photos, not just on the bridge but in other parts of Sun World too! Can knew exactly where to get the best shots, and was really helpful in keeping us on track with our schedule and communicating with us our options (eg: spend more time on Ba Na Hills or try to fit in additional attractions). He was very knowledgeable when it came to the story behind each of the sites, and on top of everything he’s an amazing cameraman/photographer. We were super lucky to have Can guide us and had the best time with him. We got to experience a lot of local spots (our request) and felt safe at all times with our driver and with Can. He was very patient with us, had a great sense of humor, and gave us many pro tips on what to expect so we could make our own decisions on what we wanted to spend time seeing vs skip. After our full day, he also helped communicate with our driver to take us to a local seafood dinner as we requested (and take us home afterwards). We would 100% recommend this private tour again. Hopefully you’ll be fortunate enough to have Can as your guide.

It was nice to see the legendary golden bridge. However, it was raining the entire day and we didn’t really get to see much or take much photos. Would love to come back again to revisit the Ba Na Hills!

Went with this tour in March 2019. Nice and beautiful Ba Na Hills. Tour guide was very polite and fun. We reached up there around 11:00am and the golden bridge was jam packed. But when we going down in the afternoon, the same place was cleared. I suggest to go in afternoon for photo session. overall it was a nice experience and this tour is highly recommended.

We had a super great day at Ba Na Hills with our tour guide Phoebie. This tour made it so easy… no worries about transportation, tickets, or where to go. Phoebie was knowledgeable about the area and it’s history. She answered every question. She was also very easy to get along with… when we wanted to stop and get a glass of wine at the winery no problem. She was more than happy to let us take all the time we wanted. Honestly she sat with us and talked about her own traveling experiences which were fascinating. She made the whole day so much more memorable. I have never been able to afford tours and thought twice about it cause I’m such a do it yourself person but I really think this made the experience so much easier and we got to know someone new! Totally worth it! Oh as for the place, worth seeing once. If you have kids they will love the amusement park. It did feel a little tourist trap at the “French” town. My husband hates heights so he really struggled with the cable car. We were lucky cause we got there early on a Friday morning. Have seen pictures… the bridge gets packed. I had a bit of a tough time because people do full model type photo shoots. Husband would not go on bridge lol. Cable car got his anxiety up. So he walked the gardens which are beyond beautiful while waiting for me. Winery had really good wine and very reasonable priced. Got a bottle. It’s vacation. And I love wine.

We took full day private tour with Kiwi from Danang to Ba Na hills. Our tour guide was Tram. Booking went easy and representative was flexible with bringing us back to a different location (Hoi-An instead of Danang). Tram was brilliant , supper funny , and gave us interesting insights and stories about each landmark. The vehicle was specious and driver was great. My wife and myself strongly recommend Kiwi tours and Tram, which made this day amazing.

Kiwi was really a great tour guide. First, the attraction is pretty awesome. Generally it is a man-made amusement park that includes the Golden bridge and countless photo spots, and a few rides. We love to take lots of pictures and Kiwi was very accommodating and flexible. We spend a lot of time in the indoor part (the only part with actual rides) and Kiwi was very flexible. Totally recommend.

If you are in Da Nang, book this activity on Viator first thing. Absolutely stunning views and remarkable experience with a great guide ( ours was Chum), makes this a must see.

I would recommend at 100% to go to Ba Na Hills with them!! The tour guy Hung was fantastic, very nice and friendly. His level of English was very good so it was easy to communicate with him. We enjoyed very much the trip and explore the golden bridge, big Buddha etc. The lunch was great as well.

We booked this tour on short notice and could not be happier with the guide and service! Tram, our guide, had a great knowledge of Da Nang and her personality made the experience even more incredible. She was so funny and went above and beyond to navigate the busy SunWorld, ensure we were comfortable, take amazing photos for us and give us the best tour possible. We were a family of 10, with two children aged 7 and two children aged 11. The tour was a full day and we got to see a lot of the breathtaking views from the Golden Bridge and the surrounding area. It is very high up so be warned if you are not so good with heights. The tour included a decent buffet lunch. There is quite a bit of walking but our tour guide was very good at making sure we went at a pace that was comtfortable for us and not feeling rushed. our guide, Tram was brilliant, especially with with the kids. She helped us get the best out of our time there and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is thinking of going to the Ba Na Hills and request Tram as your guide.

My daughter and i visited with our guide “quan” The views and location were stunning and the trip was faultless with good food and interaction from our guide. It really was exceptional value ! I would just point out that as someone with lower limb injuries that there is quite a lot of walking and steps but there were people in wheelchairs so it is all very doable - As a company i fully recommend Kiwi Tours !

A group of 11 of us visited Ba Na Hills with Tam our guide. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and taken to Ba Na Hills for our day tour. Tam was extremely knowledgable and friendly and his English was really good. As a group of 11 or was a bit like herding cats but Tam was very patient and understanding and he made the trip very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend Tam as a guide.

We enjoyed a full day at Ba Na Hills. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the crowds. He brought us to a great local spot for an authentic Vietnamese lunch and returned ya to our cruise ship in plenty of time! Would highly recommend!!

Great views from the top of the hills make this a worthwhile visit. We were picked up on time and our guide Q made sure that we had no issues with the getting the tickets and knowing where to go in the crowds & queues (be warned - there were a lot of people when we went in July 2019, and I am guessing that this is fairly normal particularly as we understood that it is now summer holidays here). He also helped us whenever we wanted some assistance to take photos. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to see more of the landscape - the journey up in the cable car affords a great opportunity to see the hillsides and a pretty high waterfall (on the way down), and once we got to the top there were plenty of good spots to look around and back at the coast and Da Nang. Generally the best spots were the ones further from the entrance, so less crowded, so if you are more interested in the views and scenery then do make sure to ask the guide to make sure you maximise your time at these spots. The buffet lunch was included by the way and was pretty good but very busy so be prepared to help your guide defend your table!

Kiwi met us on time in the hotel and had a nice chat with us for a few minutes until the driver arrived. Nice conversation on the trip out to Ba Na Hills but not excessive. He was the best English speaking guide we had on any of our Vietnam tours. Took us round all the sights advised when booking and got us good vantage points for photos and happily took some of both of us. Nice lunch included in price. We were a party of 2 and I doubt suppliers offering larger groups could give the same experience as it was very busy. Thanks Kiwi for a great day and I hope your start up business goes from strength to strength.

Kiwi has found a superstar with their tour guide Tram. She made our experience 100 times better. From the moment we landed in Da Nang Tram was making sure there was nothing for us to have to worry about. As soon as I turned off Airplane mode I received a WhatsApp message with a greating, a picture of her and directions of where to find her. As soon as we located Tram she welcomed us with a huge smile and great energy. She explained the outline for the day but also let us know that we could change things along the way. On our travels to Ba Na Hills she gave us tons of information on Vietnam and kept us laughing the whole way. She has an amazing personality and that alone adds tremendous value to booking a tour guide. While at Ba Na Hills she was very patient with the 1000s of pictures we were taking and seemed very interested in helping us get the best shots. She would literally stop foot traffic for us to get the perfect shots lol. She also volunteered to be our photographer when needed. For the entire trip she kept us in good spirits and kept us laughing. At the end of the trip she made recommendations on a traditional Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich and drove us into town to try them. This is a MUST! Overall, we were all very happy with the level of service provided by Tram. She has a strong sense of customer service and is always showing that she is happy to help. She has a genuine interest in making sure you have the best experience and will make sure your time is filled with laughs. Thank you Tram for everything!
