One of the problems was that when we couldn't locate our ride in Heathrow after we arrived a call to the company said that the driver was in the car park and would be inside in 10 minutes. In fact, he had been standing inside for the last half hour and wasn't terribly visible. He wasn't in front of WHSmith, but off to one side. The other problem was he drove his own car, a very nice Mercedes, and sitting in the back seat my knees were up to my chin (there was insufficient leg room) and it took an hour and a half to reach our hotel at Victoria Station (a lot of traffic), and I was in agony most of the time. The driver was good, but we had expected a larger car.

Easy ride on a day when London was shut down. Made it all the way to my destination on London Embankment.

Booked two trips from Heathrow to hotel and both canceled. If you cannot do the transit then do not book the trip. We found out when we landed we did not have a driver. I am loyal to Viator and will use again but this was super upsetting.

Amazing driver, we had a little confusion on where to meet our driver but we received an immediate reply with info and where to go. We needed to get our day 2 covid test and it recently moved outside of the Airport. The driver helped confirming location. we made a quick stop to get our test then onto the hotel. This experience and helpfulness started our holiday in a great way.

We arrived at Heathrow from Singapore and our driver was not waiting for us . After several circuits of the arrivals area to check that the driver was not waiting in a different area from the spot outside WH Smith which was where our booking confirmation said to wait, I called the company. I was told that a driver was on his way but had been delayed due to protests in London. After several follow up calls and a further wait of over 40 minutes a driver finally arrived. It was clear that he was a subcontractor and that he had only been called in to meet us after I started calling the company. He appeared to be driving his personal vehicle, not a hire car. The service delivered was less than that of an Uber (which would have been punctual) at significantly greater cost. What makes me most angry is that the operator at City Transfers UK misled me by providing assurances that the driver was at the airport and would be in the terminal within 10 minutes when that was not the case and they refused to provide even a partial refund for this shocking service

Upon arrival after a long flight, we were greeted by our driver, Chris. She was very informative and very pleasant.

I had a very poor experience with City Transfers. No one picked up my wife at the airport, and they were unhelpful and rude on the phone. They were hostile to me on the phone when I reminded them a second time about my wheelchair, even when I was happy to pay extra. Would not recommend.

Booked two months in advance. Arrived at Heathrow with family, could not locate rep from company for over 45 minutes. Waited for him To call for a car, where the hell was it since I booked months in advance, to only have a car show up too small to accommodate. My family of 5, 2:5 hours later, get text from Viator that my reservation was canceled. NEVER EVER USE VIATOR LIERS!

We were a party of 6 and our driver was so fantastic and friendly. The vehicle was new and very comfortable for our group.

Service advertised was not the service provided. I chose this service out of all the others because the add advised you would be provided with bottles of water, news papers, and wipes, these were not provided. Surprised that the level of service delivered was not the service advertised.

The guide was late - we had to borrow a phone and call to get him. Then he took us to the wrong address. WE had to show him where to go and only knew because we'd been to the hotel before.

Waited for us although our flight was delayed by a couple hours. MAJOR traffic in the area getting to our hotel, what is usually a 35-40 min drive was 1.5 hours! Ugh, major car sickness due to the stop go but driver was nice.

Driver and car were good. Driver had trouble with parking ticket which delayed us leaving garage for 45 minutes...

My flights got cancelled and shuffled around, but one call and it was sorted. The office staff are incredibly helpful and take any stress out of it. As to the driver, lovely chap but forgot where he parked car and no water or paper not that it was a big deal.

Highly recommend. This was a great way to picked up from Heathrow Airport after 2 long haul flights. Our driver was great and knowledgable of things we saw on the way.
